The first time I turned it on and pressed “freeze”, there was a pop on the left side of the machine. It won’t turn on at all. Vevor asked for a video. I sent the video. They asked for pictures of the problem. Ummmm. IT WON’T TURN ON!!! I have told them I want a refund or a new machine shipped. They haven’t responded in over 24 hours. I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company if this is not resolved to my satisfaction.

I ordered another machine. And again the wrong machine was sent. Come on

Ich will dazu kein Kommentar abgeben. Vor 2 Monaten bestellt, mit Display Schaden angekommen, und ich warte immernoch. Leider die kompletten ferien mit unfassbar gutem Wetter verpasst. Alle Pläne Anschaffungen und Investitionen für nichts. Die Probleme werden mit Bots gelöst. Wow, ich könnt im Strahl kotzen

La machine fait beaucoup trop de bruit a l’utilisation et même pour garder le froid donc très compliqué de l’utiliser dans un commerce

This thing lasted less than 2 years and is not maintenance friendly. Has quit again. Just going to throw it away and start over with a different brand.

The machine was working fine only for 2 days. After 2 days of usage one of refigerant pipes just got broken and all of refigerant gas leaked. After contacted with customer support, they did not suggest and repairing service or replacement of device. Just suggested me some money back and requested me to call some expert who is fixing the pipe issue and filling up with gas. This happened and the expert mentioned that temperature of the compressor within the machine is exremely high (>100 °C), which is not normal as well as the compressor is shaking some much within the machine and most probably this caused the pipe breaking. Now I requested to the machine get completely replace as per it cannot be repaired due to there is no possibility to buy a new compressor to the machine.

There was nothing easy about this machine since day one. Ice cream is soft and there’s no instructions for most settings. Customer service is just as bad if not worse.
