DIe Maschine ist gut und macht ihren Job. Schön wäre es aber nicht beide immer Gleichzeitig nutzen zu müssen. Das führt dazu das wir eine Seite meist entsorgen müssen. Weil zb Vanille Erfahrungsgemäß häufiger gekauft wird bleibt immer Schoko am Ende über und da sobald Vanille leer ist die Maschine streikt kann man Schoko nicht weiter verkaufen. Zum Tagesende hin meist ärgerlich.

Der Kundenservice ist immer sehr schnell und freundlich. Bedienungsanleitung wird jedoch nur in Englisch mitgeliefert. Eine deutsche Fassung muss man sich im Internet suchen. Dabei sind allerdings die Bezeichnungen auf den Skizzen ebenfalls nur in Englisch. Es dauert seine Zeit, bis man sich zurechtfindet.

Great little machine, extremely heavy, the lid was damaged but other than that everything else was great. The instructions are extremely simple but like they weren't made for that machine. There was not too much help with the setup or anything like that in the instructions. A lot of the parts were not named. Other than that it froze well makes nice ice creams. It said it would arrive but only arrived about 3 weeks late, only after I complained several times that it was still not there but they did their due diligence and found it and put me in contact with the company that delivered it.

My company has been using this ice cream maker for three years in our camp snack shack. For a low volume setting, this soft serve machine is excellent. It does everything my $20,000 soft serve machine does except produce high volumes of ice cream.

This machine is beautiful , but the videos and set up are not at all what you need the temp in the top hopper is to hot and I can’t get any satisfaction in talking to someone on how to fix it, also a t comes out of the machine extremely cold( I know it’s ice cream that sounds stupid it’s ice cream but it gives you a pain in the head when eating) and has a icy film coating on it. The set up videos show how to clean and start but not how to set up the temps properly. If you had a person who could help explain why it would make this machine so much better. Emailing back and forth is not working

Habe die Softeismaschine ausgiebig getestet. Für den Preis ist es eine Top Softeismaschine. Jedes Defekte Ersatzteil wurde in der Garantiezeit sofort zugeschickt. Die Verkleidungen sind etwas Scharfkantig und brauchen etwas Nacharbeit. Ein Großer Nachteil ist jedoch, dass es keinerlei Ersatzteile nach der Garantiezeit gibt. Alle Anfragen zu Ersatzteilen waren vergeblich. Bitte Beachtet das Gewicht der Softeismaschine !!!
