This lasted 3 months. I bought the warranty on it. Their offer is sending a part to fix it myself. Then they lost the part.Then they offer me $20. I refused and asked for a replacement. Then they offered $54. This company is a fraud and a joke. Don't buy from them. If you do DON'T but their warranties. It is a huge scam.

Bad Product and extremely bad customer service. I happen to buy this soup warmer for our business. It wasnt warming and wasnt working, hence I raised a ticket and my query just went in circles on chats and emails and no one gave a reply to when will I get a way bill number to return the product. The chat loops it to email and email to further emails and then they close the request. The product doesnt work well and on top of it , they dont give any customer service.
