I bought this slush machine on May 25 to use for my family and friends making our favorite punch. I did that 4 times until it wouldn’t freeze for a baby shower last Sunday. The next day I made a new recipe of punch and again the only freezing I got was pea-size pieces of ice. These would float around and as soon as the motor silenced, the ice would melt. Over this past week I have contacted customer service with many difference fixes for my problem. The one I got most was to lower the temperature which I did. They suggested from -9 to -15. At -5 my punch was frozen solid but with the little balls of frozen punch. I was told to video the machine. I made more punch and did that videoing with help from my daughter to learn how to do it. When it got frozen, the punch would not dispense. It took about an hour to felt the punch so it would come out so I could clean the machine. I have had no useful help since I have been trying to get help. One answer was that this has alcohol so I needed to reduce the temperature. No where did I say it has alcohol. Actually it was for our church last night. After the trouble of making the video, the response I got was that the dispenser had not been used enough. I gave them a week to help me with this machine, but I got none.

One of the worst after service. Trying to contact them every time they reply you next day by email. No contact phone number. I have protection plan for two years but no help at all. I am really don’t understand why they have this system here. My machine is less than 4 months old and not making slushy at all. Done all the trouble shooting but nothing happen. Please don’t buy. Dont buy at all.

We bought this machine to replace a Vevor slush machine that our school had for about 12 years. We were very satisfied with our old, existing machine so thought that sticking with the Vevor brand would be a good idea. Unfortunately, we were very wrong. The machine has not worked once since getting it. The bowls, even when set to the correct temperatures, do not freeze into a slush solution. We are following all directions explicitly and are using the correct sugar/syrup/water ratios. Customer service is even more disappointing because there is not an actual person that any of us can talk to. All correspondence takes place through their on-line chat feature or by sending an email through their website. And on top of waiting 1-2 business days for someone to get back to us, the solutions offered DO NOT WORK! We are still left with unfrozen liquid after hours and hours of running. We were considering a different machine sold by Webstaurant and are now thoroughly upset that we didn't purchase it there. This slush machine is supposed to be used once a week at an elementary school and since returning from Christmas break, we have tried 5 times to use it, and all 5 times we are sorely disappointed because the machine flat out doesn't work. Unfortunately, we do not have it in our PTC budget to buy another brand new machine and customer service has not been helpful with getting the machine fixed or being able to return the machine. Save yourself the money, time, heartbreak, and frustration and buy something else from another company.

I bought this machine couple 3 months ago, bought warranty as well. Within 3 months of using it, fuse blew off. It stopped cooling and freezing the slush, I tried to reach out to the company every week with all pictures videos of machine, they did not help, all they did is keep repeating same answer back. There is no one to talk on phone. Biggest mistake I ever did on investing with this company. $1400 I spent and now it’s a waste. Even after buying warranty. I highly DO NOT recommend buying this. I will tell every business owner I know not to use them. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. wORST QUALITY.

Do not purchase this product. Quality of this product is really poor . I it leaks through the dispenser and light installed in the lid malfunction after about a week.Ive even purchased 1 year warranty but If’s hard to get replacement unit . It just becomes your headache

Items arrived damaged in a damaged shipping crate. Company refuses to honor warranty. Do not buy.

Die Slushy-Maschine wurde schnell geliefert und die Vorfreude war groß. Bei der Inbetriebnahme mussten wir feststellen das dass Gerät nicht kühlt. Daraufhin wurde der Kundenservice kontaktiert. Das Ergebnis ist ein einziges Chaos. Statt eine Reparatur oder Austausch vorzunehmen wurde mitgeteilt selber nach dem Schaden zu suchen. Anfragen werden dauerhaft mit standartiesierten Antworten beantwortet.
