Bought this slushie maker unfortunately it was not working when it arrived. VEVOR requested pictures and a video of the item not working. I sent it in and promptly received a refund. Will definitely purchase again from VEVOR. Great customer service!

This is my second VEVOR slush machine. My first one was the 12L model, which I got for a very low price directly from VEVOR less than a year ago ($400). The've since more than doubled the price on that unit. As a result, when I was looking to get a second unit, this time a double, I ended up getting this model. The dispensing valve is very subpar in quality to the other model I own. It says "Push" on the handles, when pulling works better to release drinks. I ended up ripping off the stickers and having to use paint thinner to get rid of its strong residue. I really hope VEVOR removes this pull sticker on future units of this model, and also improve the handle (this one is very flimsy plastic compared to the other model I own - much harder plastic). I ended up using my label maker to replace the Push stickers with Pull labels.

Light connection is not stable when machine is running it flickers. Tube over freezes. Overall it’s good. Would buy it again.

Dommage qu'il y a eu de mauvais manutentionnaire car la machine a pris des coups de fourche de chariot élévateur donc retour a l'expéditeur j'ai recommandé le même modèle ... Mais pas reçu suite a une grève de quai chez le transporteur

Great Machine , 2 x 15ltr slushy machine is fantastic , easy to use , very happy

This is our third slushy machine and really is superior to all the others in the way that it makes the slushy. The light is also nice. The lid doesn't pop off like the others have, so that's a nice feature! I do have a huge problem though with the condensation... it leaks down the side of the machine instead of being collected into the tray. Not sure if there is something that was not put together correctly or what, but it's a huge problem!

Nous avons reçu notre appareil (x-300) après un long, très long moment mais avec un peu de patience, il est arrivé. Nous avons fait un essai dès la réception, histoire de voir si tout fonctionnait correctement. RAS pas de problème. Nous avions un vieux modèle de granita et nous avons plusieurs bonne surprise. La première se situe au niveau des capots et des connexions des éclairages. Sur l'ancien modèle , cette connexion se faisait via des connecteurs, ici nous avons un système beaucoup moins contraignant, de simples contacts seulement. La seconde fut au niveau de la distribution. Fini les pistons qu'il fallait démonter pour le nettoyage. Sur notre modèle , juste des clapets. Je peux dire que c'est un gain de temps au niveau du nettoyage. Reste à voir si cet appareil durera aussi longtemps que l'ancienne.

Machine plutôt jolie mais elle a l'air fragile. Manette en plastique ça fait presque peur de tirer dessus.... Pour le nettoyage il faut soulever les cuves du haut c'est pas super comme système.
