Worked perfectly for about 6 months. One side quit working. Uses 2 outlets that need to be on 2 different circuits

I'm liking it so far. I like the fact that it's two 120v plugs. The grill works well. One weird thing is that the power buttons are red and it looks like it's supposed to light up when turned on but no there is no light. So I have to touch the grill to know that it's actually turned on.

In the shipment the machine suffered a serious blow on the right side

The press does it's but the hinges get loose pretty quickly. We've only had it a month and the hinges are already getting loose so the press don longer stays up. It falls down and is now a safety hazard as it drops pretty quickly and would burn someone hand/arm.

Garbage. One side didn't work right out of the box. They wanted me to be excited that they would send me a replacement thermostat to install. Needless to say I asked for my money back.

Warranty is 100% a scam, they claim to have contacted you with a screenshot with a generic message about product support that d\never makes it to the inbox, spam, or junk folder. Not worth it.

Before purchasing anything from this website, please ensure you check the size, shape, or weight of the product. The website’s exchange and refund process is incredibly cumbersome, and contacting customer service is a real hassle. Their customer service is absolutely terrible; they don’t solve your problems and instead try to avoid them. To top it off, I’m constantly bombarded with spam emails from the website. This is my first time reviewing a product or service, and I’ve never encountered such poor customer service.

WARNING: There warranty department is awful and will not fulfill any request. its been more than 2 week with a half broken grill we bought in February. The support chat is AI and do not uphold their end of the warranty.
