This ice machine is great. Was making ice within a few mins. Plumbing for the drain was a little tricky for where I installed it, but thats no reflection of the product. I did not realize the tank was not refrigerated, but it had no problem keeping itself full.

Just wish I'd upgraded to this one sooner. Super fast delivery, easy setup, and despite the compact size compared to our old unit, it's been keeping up even at our peak demand times.

It's a good machine that do what's expected of it

This product is very well made and is easy to install with very few tools. Makes ice extremely fast. It had the storage bin completely filled in no time. It’s quiet during the ice process but the dropping of ice is some what loud but heck I can deal with that. I would definitely purchase again

I have owned a couple different ice makers of this size and this one is better than more expensive ones. I’d recommend it.

I use this ice machine to stock the coolers on my boat, both for drinks and food and for fish storage… would recommend

This is my second ice machine this size from vevor. The components of the machine are mre convenient to use and function better. The water valve and storage tray are much easier to clean. Access door works better. My only complaint is the compressor and fan make more noise than older one. I wood recommend to anyone. Great machine for price!

Paid for extra protection packaging and the Ice Maker was still dented.

Ice machine came damaged at the bottom

Works great, makes ice fast, but due to a design flaw won’t fill the bin unless you keep pushing the ice to the side so it will dump
