I was impressed with the unit upon 1st use. Didn't like having to break up ice at 1st but not really a issue when you are icing down wild game everyday. Convenience of not going to store nipped that quicky. The instructions book needs some tweaking. Trial and error pushing buttons was a easier to figure unit out than going by the manual. There was dents in machine when it arrived .(cosmetic)I followed protocol and vevor credited my account with a agreed upon amount for damages. They were very apologetic and responded quickly. I prefer to talk to a rep but settled for the email chat. I would recommend this product with confidence at this point. (Had it 3 weeks so far) The bin will roughly hold 2 - 5 gallon buckets of ice. It does produce ice fast . We emptied machine into coolers each night and it was full the next morning. Machine did not come with filter so there's extra $ expense there. Lowe's had everything we needed . Hope this helps your decision I would buy again Mike (TEXAS)

Les produits correspondent bien à ce que nous voulions. Livrés rapidement, même en Corse ! Je recommande !

Great machine. Works as advertised. Overall 150 lbs a day. Need to bag, as it will stop producing.

It’s perfect for my “sip & shop” boutique!! After some easy adjustment to the thickness it works in iced drinks and the frappe blender!!

Bought this ice machine for my gym when our 15+ Manitowoc finally bit the dust. Weve had it for a month and so far, so good. Figured it was worth the gamble with a 3 year warrantee.

Des glaçons a volonté en quelques minutes le top !

Der Eiswürfelbereiter arbeitet seit 3 Jahren einwandfrei ohne Störungen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Great little machine, takes up little room, easy to control once you get the hang of it.

This works as expected, but for half the cost of the ones you buy from a restaurant supply store. Makes ice efficiently and is a great solution for space challenged locations. VEVOR is my new “check first” site when I need anything. Very pleased

received ice maker July 13 2025 and unboxed with no damage and installed with a pressure regulator and water filters.this machine makes beautiful clear ice and have not had any problems and it is used everyday ...... just remember that filters that are very easy to install will help with the life of the ice maker..I love it
