Got this ice maker to replace a older unit i have been using for several years, this ice maker works great makes ice about every 7 min vs my old one 25-30min. I have this installed in a outdoor patio shed and my only complaints are that the door seal isn't very tight so with the blue light always being on it attracts the Nats so end up with bugs on the ice.. not a huge problem solved it by keeping a towel over the door. Also the claim of how much ice it holds is absolutely no where near correct I can fill about 2 1/2 5lb ice bags and that emptys it out but it refills quickly even when 90° out. Overall definitely recommend.

Great little machine that serves our purposes and takes very little space!

This is a very good unit. It makes ice relatively quickly and I like the quality of the ice. They are nice thick squares. Although you can change the thickness of the ice to make it much thinner. One thing I would like to see improved is the mechanism for determining if the ice bin is full. Often times the machine stops making ice before the bin is truly full because when a sheet of ice cubes falls off of the freezing tray, the sheet trips the mechanism which tells the machine that is is full and it keeps it tripped when in reality 2-3 more rounds of ice could be made to fill the bin. Despite this one issues, this is a great machine and you can't beat the price! Other commercial units of similar quality sell for much more! I would buy again, maybe just one size larger knowing the limits of the shut off mechanism.

We have absolutely no regrets in this purchase! It works great, was simple to set up - note below - and shipped quickly. I will say one thing though - the instructions said something along the lines of "if your machine is equipped with a filter" and we didn't know if we were supposed to have a filter - I reached out to customer service and they replied quickly but never actually answered my question. We got a cheap filter from Canadian Tire and installation was otherwise seamless.

Does what it's supposed to do. Does not actually siphon out of a container, although pictured to do so. You would need a supply pump or direct water hook up. Makes plenty of ICE quick. We pack and stack in our freezer and use on boating days.

It’s a great ice machine that produces plenty of ice. Customer service was very responsive and helped me resolve my issue when I inadvertently purchased the wrong model. I meant to order the machine that could be used with a large bottle of water instead of the one that you use the tap with.

Works great! I got it installed on my patio by my outdoor kitchen. I have not had to buy a bag of ice since.

This unit makes alot of ice in a day . Works great . Wanted to buy the one that you can use the external water bottle to supply water but bought wrong one . It's a little more work to hook up to a water source if you dont have one nearby . Happy with product
