Bonjour J'attendais avec impatience votre machine Mais malheureusement..dans la description,il semblait que les glacons soient générés par la machine elle meme,puis broyés Or ce n'est pas le cas du tout ,elle ne fait que broyer des glacons extérieurs mis dans la machine Hors je n'ai pas de machine professionnelle a fabriquer en grande quantité des glacons pour verser directement dedans Ce broyeur ne m'est donc d'aucune utilité Je souhaite vous le retourner donc pour être rembourser et trouver quelque-chose qui me conviendrait mieux.

It shaves ice fast at the beginning. I have no complaint until after using it for 4 hours continuously, it looses it's ability to shave ice. The bottom ice settles at the corners of the hoop and spins along hooper, it gets stuck inside and no shave ice comes out. At the beginning g, the ice gets unstuck when you reverse but once ice finds it's cozy corners, they just stuck there no matter how I spin and reverse it doesn't come out. https://youtube.com/shorts/o9suUxiDONE?feature=shared

It works very well, it could use more horse power, I had the same model with 2 blades with the same HP that this model, the newer model has 4 blades and it tend to stall when you try to speed up. This is why I gave it a 4 star.

I purchased this in July 2025. It did what it was supposed to until it didn't. My first issue is there is no way to dry the water reservoir at the bottom of the machine. It just collects until you dump out the water. Even if you dump the water regularly it grows mold etc. It also stopped working by October 2025. I have loved every purchase I have made from Vevor but I can't recommend this machine.
