Great Ice Machine. Have been running this all through the summer. Flawless!!!

First one I received didn’t make ice. Contacted customer service and worked on a solution. Couldn’t resolve the problem and it was returned. Replacement was received quickly and runs perfectly.

This ice machine is great! I have a huge 4th of July party every year. It generally cost me $400 "in ice for that party alone. This machine provides the ice for that party and everything else I may need ice for! Note!!! It doesn't have to Plum to a drain. I put mine up on a little platform I built out of 2x4s and I drain it into an oil drain pan from Harbour Freight. Just empty it once a week!

Très satisfait du rapport qualité prix. Fonctionnne parfaitement.

Workin perfect only issue is ice doesn't drop and builds up other than that no problems

Purchased the ice maker and asked at least 5 representative on how to set up ice maker and not one person knew how. My vision is poor but eats are great and their customer service is beyond horrible!

Hacer hielo rápido y aunque es ruidosa va perfecta. Eso si, dengue y entrada agua necesitaría

So far the ice machine works really good and all of the products we’ve been getting have been good. I wish many years ago. This was available versus the Black & Decker and other things that was subpar products being sold, and the consumer or us as the people been buying them for years. I think Home Depot is got somewhat of a good line right but it’s been rough trying to get the restaurant quality or better kitchen stuff without paying extremely high dollars for some of the restaurant, equipment or restaurant quality versus home or residential. So yes, we like this equipment works really good. We have no problems with it so far it makes different size ice and makes plenty of ice for our needs.. This unit has to have a waterline in. You can use reverse osmosis or water filter and run your line to it for clean ice cubes and a drain hose. Once you connect the in-line water and the drain hose so that you can drain the unit. You just turn it on and select the size ice and the time will be set to the size cube you want so the bigger the cube the longer it’ll take the smaller cube the little faster it’ll take. The size of the unit is really nice. We can put it up on the counter and leave it so we have no complaints and currently this is a really good ice machine compared to other ones that we’ve been trying and have tried in the past. So we’d like to, thank whoever made the ice machine good job and hopefully they’ll continue to bring good quality products into the future and continue to make the simple products last long and work for the simplicity of what they do. I do wish that this particular restaurant/residential product versus the residential stuff that we’ve been all using for the many years in the past KitchenAid Black & Decker. I just wish they would’ve make a better line and don’t waste the time and materials making that inferior junk if you didn’t make the other stuff, we’d have plenty of the good stuff and it would be priced appropriate. wouldn’t have to make the other products that don’t really last, and are made super super cheap. Again, thank you and we appreciate the products.
