Justo al año de que venciera la garantía tuve problemas con mi equipo y llevo ya un mes tratando de que venga un técnico y es hora de que me siguen contestando los bots por mensajes sin llegar a una solución, les pido que me manden un técnico y nada aún

This ice makervstopped working properly as soon as we had our plumber install it. Emailed Vevor 3 times a day to get this icemaker fixed. They would not respond with any resolution. I sent them another email letting them know that I will be reporting them to the BBB and if no response for resolution, I will be filing a law suit. Also, they were supposed to have credit me $110 for the wayer pump I or the plumber didnt know how to install. We just raised the machine higher so the water could drain. Now 2 weeks later, they want me to return the ice maker and once they have it they will refund me. I have a hard time believing that I will get my full refund. Including shipping and product protection. I will never buy anything from VEVOR again Worst customer support ever.

je voudrais savoir si il y a possibilité d'avoir des cubes de glaçons car la machine à glaçons que j'ai reçu fait des blocs de glaçons qu'i faut ensuite casser avec la pelle à glaçons donc ce n'est pas pratique et cela engendre une grande perte de temps. Y a t'il un reglage à faire sur la machine à glaçons pour remédier à ce problème ? Dans l'attente de votre retour d'information

Constantly leaking

Ice maker lights up but, it doesn’t work at all, I need a replacement please contact me , so this is 12 days I have been trying to get this resolved !!! I’m thinking this company could do better than this, could you imagine if this were you on the opposite side. Have respect for your customers.

Unit leaks caused damage to drywall , went through it with tech support and got 100$ off on unit

I have not been able to use this as of yet. I received the product damaged and chatted with customer support as soon as I had it out of the box. I showed them pics of the unit and box. I was told to wait up to 48 hours to get a reply on the next step of what they are willing to do to fix it.

Do not purchase from Vevor !! I purchased an Ice Machine snd it quit working after a few hrs and Vevor is not standing behind there product !! Been trying to resolve this for almost 2 weeks and still nothing from Vevor !! They are probably like this with all there products !!!!!

Showed up packaged great but does not work. Can't get a response from customer service either. Attempting to get a refund.
