Waste of money

Potatoes get stuck every time . You need a lot of force and even then they get stuck - I’ve resorted to using a £15 manual chipper that works better . Waste of money

This slicer is great functionally but lacks quality for daily use. The blades dull real fast and cutting with the dull blades requires force that quickly exposes the low quality of the build. I love VEVOR products but price point is not the only factor that should be looked at when designing a product. A few bucks more invested in the durability of the product would be great and I’d be more than willing to pay for it.

Sent me a piece of shit that was broken. filed a ticket to get it replaced and they closed my ticket. Completely unsatisfied and terrible customer service. I spend way to much money for this not to be resolved

Disappointing purchase, purchased to slice vegetables but quite hard to use, also a bit of slop in mechanism means blades touch pusher with the 1/4” cutters installed

I used this slicer 2 times in a month and on the second use the pusher head hit the blade and busted the blade. I reached out to customer service for a replacement pusher head and a blade. I first reached out to customer service on 12/3/24 and the date of this review is 12/17/24. 2 weeks of going back and forth. They refuse to address the issue with the pusher head stating that it is okay to use. It literally has shards of metal hanging off of it. They say oh its fine to use, it doesn't affect anything. like really? I have repeatedly told the customer service rep that it is used in a commercial setting and is a major food safety hazard for my customers as well as a safety hazard for my employees when they wash it. Customer service is an absolute joke. I have already started the process of disputing the charge with my card company. Absolute trash customer service and absolute trash company. Stay away from purchasing through them.

Will not slice anything other than maybe a tomato. I haven’t tried one. Bought to slice squash and cucumbers as the photos show those being sliced with this device. Will hardly cut and when it does the cuts are so uneven that the vegetable is undesirable for its intended use. Contacted to a return and the only response I get is they need a video so they can help me use to product. Terrible customer service.

I have been a client of Vevor for years and made many purchase. On a recent purchase the item description and pictures appear to be incorrect and therefore the item does not meet my minimum needs. I requested a simple return and Vevor responded with basically what appeared to be the process for a hostage negotiation. All I requested was the return shipping label which they have refused to provide. They are also either not responding to my email requests or are delaying their responses. Additionally, they are sending me requests for reviews but then the URL shows 'not available.' I have no idea what is going on, but will apparently, I will need to dispute my charges through PayPal. Very unfortunate they have taken a simple return and made it a difficult process.
