If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m not sure how the product works. No where does it say that this is 3phase machine. But the in the Q&A they specify that it is single phase. They’ve done nothing but answer me and say “we’re working on your issue”. It’s been over 2 weeks and have done nothing to resolve this issue. Very poor customer service.

I bought the 36.7 pounds a minute meat grinder which is advertised as single phase but came with a three phase motor! Which has put me in a bind so beware of that when you are shopping with them! I have abunch of vevor equipment and this is the first problem I have ran into which is a pretty big deal when the whole motor is wrong! Customer support is aggravating as well no phone number to talk to anybody and you submit a ticket in hope somebody eventually reaches out to you!

DO NOT BUY THIS HUNK OF JUNK! THE WIRES THEY HAVE COMING OUT OF IT ARE TO SMALL TO RUN IT ON. I GOT IT FOR MY BUTCHER SHOP AND IT IS COMPLETELY JUNK. AND IF YOU HAVE A MAJOR ISSUE WITH THE FIRST TIME HOOKING IT UP LIKE ME THEY WILL JUST TELL YOU THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN 1 TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS! I HAVE SPENT OVER 10K WITH THIS COMPANY AND THIS MIGHT BE THE END OF IT. ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE MACHINE.

Don’t buy this grinder. It would be impossible to clean and keep your customers safe. You can’t remove the housing for the auger or the top pan. I cut myself on the end of the inside and had to sand it down. Then cut myself myself on the threads for the cap that holds the auger assembly in place. Also paid $1599.00 and then saw it 10 hours laters for $200 cheaper and they wouldn’t honor that price. Overall a poor product, poor quality, and poor customer service experience. I will never use Vevor again for anything. The quality is not up to American food standards
