When I received the grinder it was clear that the box had been opened and resealed. On the very top was a small plastic bag that was opened and empty. I took everything out and found that there was three parts missing. I messaged Vevor about sending me the parts and within a few short days they responded that they could not do that. They then offered to send me a new machine or give me my payment back. I said I'd like a whole machine with all of the parts. A couple days later I received a credit to my bank card for the purchase price and an email saying there was none in stock and time to get more could be three months. I've tried finding the parts on their website but they weren't there. So I've ordered one from LEM to see if they are interchangeable, an auger bushing. I hope it works. Don't want to use it without the bushing and damage it. Free is OK if I can use it. I have bought other Vevor tools with no problems.

Both items worked as described,, absolutely great

The grinder worked fantastic for the coarse grind. But really seemed to struggle after I installed the finer grind plate for the second grind. The motor has enough power and never seemed to struggle. Either the Knifes are dull from the factory, or the grind plate is dull. I plan on sharpening them prior to my next meat processing.

Très bon produit et très efficace hachoir de très bonnes qualités. Dommage que le poussoir soit trop fragile pour s'en servir normalement. Il a cassé tout de suite à la première utilisation.

Nice grinder for the price. Meat did bind up a couple of times when really trying to push meat through it. This seems like a sturdy piece of equipment but the case has sharp edges so you have to be careful when assembling the grinding head.

Funktioniert einwandfrei und hat ordentlich Power auch für nur grob geschnittenes Fleisch. Schön wäre, wenn alle Teile, die mit Lebensmitteln in Kontakt kommen aus Edelstahl und für Spülmaschinen geeignet wären.

Finally using the grinder and I must say, it works fast. That being said, it only comes with 2 grinding plates, 10 mm and a smaller 4 1/2 mm. It would have been nice if they would have given out a 7 mm grinding plate for a finer grind but not too fine of a grind for sausages. Hence 3 stars on features. The quality of the grinder itself seems to be well made, considering it is sold as a industrial unit. But here I placed 3 stars also, as the outside edges of the stainless steel is quite sharp and if your not careful, you will cut your fingers or any other part of your arm that gets too close to the grinder edges.

It's great not needs a 3 hole grinder plate for sausage stuffing. I had to order one separately

I purchased this in the last few weeks and have used it on 2 occasions grinding both beef & pork. It worked well and I was satisfied with the item. What I don't like is that VEVOR will you the item ( and has several models of meat grinders ) and they have NO accessories to sell you. First it came with 2 blades that were supposed to be the same. They were different, and in fact one of the blades was the wrong size. They could not supply me with another blade ( gave me a monetary refund instead ). I asked about purchasing other blades and grinding plates and learned that they do not sell accessories to meat grinders. I don't understand a company that is willing to sell you the product but cannot give you the service required. Just easier to refund you a few dollars and tell you to go elsewhere if you want parts & accessories.
