This is the perfect size for a portable fryer. I do catering for 50 to 200 people. I can easily drain and save the oil for another use. This machine is easy to use and clean. I can take it to the event and use it if needed.

La friteuse est parfaite. Seul bémol, il faut faire trés attention au robinet qui est trés chaud en fonctionnement. Un capot de protection serait le bienvenu.
