Exmos. Senhores, Venho por este meio comunicar que a garrafa de CO₂ adquirida foi entregue completamente vazia. Atendendo ao preço pago e às condições em que a compra foi efetuada, o meu entendimento no momento da aquisição era inequívoco: tratava-se da compra de uma garrafa de CO₂ cheia, incluindo a própria garrafa, uma vez que esta corresponde à primeira aquisição deste equipamento e não a uma simples troca ou aquisição de uma garrafa vazia. A entrega de uma garrafa sem qualquer carga de CO₂ não corresponde, portanto, ao produto que razoavelmente esperava receber pelo valor pago. Face ao exposto, não pretendo manter o equipamento nestas condições, pelo que solicito: 1) A aceitação da devolução da garrafa/equipamento; 2) O reembolso integral do valor pago; 3) A indicação do procedimento a seguir para efetuar a respetiva devolução, preferencialmente sem quaisquer custos adicionais para mim, considerando que o produto recebido não corresponde às condições esperadas da compra. Sent a CO2 tank missing a regulator and after weeks of back and forth with terrible customer service lacking critical thinking skills, refused to make it right. My final response to customer service: We can't send it back because it is already filled with CO2. I was just hoping this company would do the right thing and actually send me the missing piece that I clearly paid for but I can see you will not. I will be posting negative reviews every where I can. I cannot waist anymore of my valuable time on this terrible customer experience.

Voldoet aan de eisen maar ziet er in t echt wat minder netjes afgewerkt uit dan op de foto’s Dr beugel is eigenlijk te klein waardoor je de fles minder goed kan oppakken

I had this about a year and I just filled it up once I went next year to fill it up and I realize that it’s not able to hold more than 1 pound of CO2 gas obviously it has a capacity of 5 pounds but it’s not holding 1 pound. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize till next year because I didn’t have the chance to fill it up

Tried to fill tank, the safety was already popped

After 1 year the cylinder started leaking where the valve body is threaded into the tank. I have a tank that is 40 years old and has never leaked. Found out after getting it re-filled and $25.00 of CO2 is wasted.

This tank worked for 3 fills before failing and leaking i was told there was nothing they could do since it had been 13months and the warranty only cover 12

Looks good but very difficult finding someone who can fill it. Wish that I knew it was so difficult to get it filled. Haven't used it yet as it's going to cost €70 to post it to Lisbon to get replenished.

Tank itself seems to be pretty solid and a great price, but mine shipped with a faulty valve according to the technician that tried to fill it. He said that it kept seizing on him... he's dealt with quite a few of these in the past, and that they tend to be good enough for most people who just want to use it for making soda, but sadly mine was defective. Support was really painful to deal with at first. Insisting they're unable to do anything unless i submit a video of the problem. After quite a bit of back and forth, I eventually got someone who was able to understand the words being written and they offered a refund. Front line support staff was horrific to chat with... I highly recommend skipping chat support for making a ticket right away.

Truly the worst service I have ever seen. They just want to merry go round you and waste your time. No after sales whatsoever. They sold me a CO2 tank with an old date from last year. Go somewhere else to buy as these are obviously off shore and could care less about you once the purchase is complete.
