Eric Chocolate tempering
Excellent machine. Make sure to get the temperature steady before you add any chocolate. Melt chocolate first in a double boiler or microwave. This machine will keep your batch at the perfect temperature throughout the process.

Berg Good enough
A pro chocolatier probably wouldn't call this a tempering machine but it's good enough. The pans are wide enough (6") that you can scrape the chocolate off your 5" wide molds back into the pan. At the lowest setting it will heat the water to 120F before turning off so the temp varies wildly. The trick is, with some manipulation of the heat setting and using a food thermometer, is to add unmelted chocolate at the right time in order to temper it properly. Two pans means you can do two different chocolates at the same time. A single 1/3 size (12x6") 4" deep pan will fit in it. It's compact, doesnt take up a lot of counter space and it has many uses other than chocolate so for $109 I don't see how anyone could complain.

Je recherchais un bain-marie pour chauffer à température précise une colle naturelle. Ce produit est parfait. Il chauffe rapidement l’eau et met à température votre produit. Il n’est pas trop encombrant et s’utilise facilement.
