Delivered broken and tried talking with customer service about an exchange. At the time I explained since the shipping was damaged I rejected the package so it can be sent back. Customer service was worthless. I wanted to exchange it for another, Instead they drug their feet and told me they would issue a refund and I can keep the broken blower fan. But I already returned it, not to mention, it is broken. What do I do with a broken blower fan? Customer service was bad enough to make me reconsider ordering again in the future. Too much money to be gambling on poor shipment and customer service.
