Just got used it today so far seems ok. Have to figure out how to put the hats on better there's a gap between the padded part it sits on and the hat when pressed so image will be a bit altered might just be me have to play with it more but otherwise good

I am writing this review after one year with the clamshell hat press and about 100 successful transfers. The machine is of a much higher quality than the price would suggest. I have pressed hats, beanies, nylon web belts, small t-shirt designs and guitar straps with great results. As others mention, the instructions are not in English, but I have consulted Google for time, temperature and pressure settings for different materials and transfer media. The time and temp settings are intuitive and I look forward to making many more hats in the future! Very happy with purchase.

When i got the machine same day i heatpress 3 hats and the next day i did 12 more...so far it work good i check the temperature whit the laser tester in the beginning it goes up like 20 degres more than you selected but it goes down and afterwards stays controlled..for the money is good ..i would up day later.

This is a great hat heat press for the money. This is a great product if you are just starting and learning. It doesn_ allow for an extremely large design but if you keep that in mind, it_ a good product.
