Ok multiple issues. This was paired with the vevor 118" Woodstove that i purchased from Vevor. The plastic peice that holds the flap open for the stove vent melted completely. This should be made out of metal or designed differently so that this doesnt happen. Also the stove vent in the tent was not able to withstand the heat from the Vevor wood stove the fireproof material on the vent is starting to split and fall apart after only 4 days of camping. The flap that covers the stove vent also burnt a hole right through it so now if i were to use the tent without the stove the rain will leak right through into the tent. Also the sparks that come out of the stove land on the tent and burn small holes into it. The stove you guys sell needs to have a longer stove pipe to bring it further away from the tent. A spark arrestor would be very helpful also. The tent is nice but there are some major design flaws that need to be worked out before i purchase another one. Unfortunately the vevor website wont allow me to upload photos.

Over all tho the product look awesome I get about ten gallons of water in it. And vevor still wonder if I should get a refund not even bother Ed. I think five star reviews are payed of to do so. I would do with less zippers and less possible water entry zones. Material is very weak. I doubt this yurt will make it long without all the extra money I am spending to try and make it more water proof. .at this point I have h situation putting in a fire place.

I had such high hopes for this tent that I literally planned on it being my summer office. But my whole desk and gear area got wet the very first rain fall. This needs an extra fly/some additional water protection

One of the tension loops tore loose during a very slight wind. I ordered kevler thread and will repair myself. I tried to upload photos and it would not allow me too.

I purchased this tent for an advertised PRO price of $589.75 on August 23, 2024. I was somehow charged over $800 for the tent. I promptly contacted customer service, which was nothing more than an AI bot. After being put off and given the runaround for OVER A MONTH, I was finally informed that the tent was no longer offered for that price, therefore they could not refund me the difference I had paid. I filed a complaint with PayPal to have the difference refunded, which to this point, has been rejected. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My next recourse is to dispute the charges with VISA, which I fully intend to do. As for the tent, you get what you pay for...there's a reason it's half or a third of the price of competing tents...it's way flimsier...yes, I'd say it's DECENT for the money, but if you're looking for a serious long term structure I'd look elsewhere. I intend to use this occasionally, in good weather and I'm confident it will suffice for that. BUYER BEWARE!!

I am writing this review on behalf of my life and travel partner, who bought the tent at the end of spring 2025. We set it up mid-July 2025. I fell in love with it at the beginning (this is where I agree to most reviews). It is spacious and helped us a lot last summer, as my father lived in it for 1 month and a half while we were building our house. These were the good points. The bad points were that, even though we installed it in a mountainous region, where summers are not that hot, the material got a bit damaged by the sun (which told me it was not of the best quality). It was also very hot staying inside during the day even with all the ventilation items open. It was also very difficult to clean (I say that because I did it numerous times). In the end, we also bought a stove and I was thinking of setting up a mini-glamping resort. The stove didn't work as well as we thought. Still, I didn't let go of my dream. ...until the end of February 2026, when our 4-season tent fell. We couldn't recover anything. Marcel and my Dad needed to cut the material of the tent (they told me it wasn't very difficult to do that, which again makes me question its quality) to save the beds, mattresses, and everything else we had inside. I felt very sad. I let go the idea of the glamping resort. Then, I felt annoyed. The people at VEVOR were very cold, uninvolved, and offered EUR 40 for repairs. I didn't want to accept it (I thought it was a joke, given how much we paid for the tent and how much damage it caused us). However, Marcel accepted it. So, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS TENT FROM VEVOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. It may seem like a great idea; later, you will understand it is not.

IT fall on my kids with only 1 inch of show and the stove was running. Never buy this as a 4 Seasons tent . Very Dangerous in winter.

I purchased a tent online to use rt away and the zipper for the door is broken,I had the tent for approximately 12hrs and sent pics as they asked for them and I have gotten the run around,I have to wait days to even get an answer on whether or not they will even let me return their defective product!! Please do not purchase from this company they do not back their product!

VEVOR Claims that it’s a four season tent and it’s only a three season tent because it’s very Finn, and only the top is duck canvas. The rest of it is plastic and the zippers are messed up very cheap. I would never buy this.
