Order this screen because of shipping time and supposed to receive it 5 days before i departure for US camping. It came 3 days after we left canada. I did contact vevor to find out or do something. They absolutely did nothing and kept saying wait and wait. Not even try to follow up with theirs carrier or issuing any credit because of their fault. Asked for supervisor and the person on the chat said no supervisor and then asked what is you guys phone number and he said we don not have phone number. Completely scamm company of cheap Chinese operating in canada . Never had this kind of bad experience with any online or store in canada. Not gonna buy again. Be careful

The tent looks good but was delivered with a slightly opened box and no stakes. The tent bag looked ok so I took it on vacation, went to set it up and there are no stakes for it. No I do not want to take it down and pack it back up and send it back. Why can you not just send the stakes? It would have been nice to have them with the tent but sending them would be the next best thing

It went up easy, but there isn't a privacy flap to drop down over talegate. If you sleep in your vehicle you can't keep weather out.

I did give it three stars because of the quality of it is very good. The walls are thick. The screen is nice. It was easy to set up. When it comes to taking it down and folding it in the carrying bag……after two hours of wrestling with it, we said the heck with it and set it aside. I put in for a return, but I had to get it back in that bag to be able to send it back. We went camping without it and came back home, laid it on our bed and wrestled with it another 20 minutes and finally got it to go in the bag. There is no video that we could find that shows how to fold this particular model. This one has 8 sides and all the other ones show 6 sides or 4 sides and how to fold it. We watched video after video followed the instructions in the book and to no avail it took us forever to get it back in there we said never again.

I received the tent and while I was setting it up, I notice that I only had one extender. I was on a camping trip and was looking forward to using the tent.
