Chris Worked great…for awhile.
Worked as advertised, until it didn’t. Over the two years we owned it, we used it less that a dozen times while traveling. Now it will not cool below freezing. Would not recommend buying.

il frigo non si accende, ho provato a contattare l’assistenza e dopo 3 giorni di attesa mi manda un video dove devo smontare tutto per verificare che funzioni
ho chiesto la sostituzione del frigorifero o il rimborso totale del prodotto.
sono in attesa di una risposta.

Sophie Nul, ne refroidit pas
Fonctionne très bien a vide mais une fois rempli elle remonte en température, le compresseur tourne sans arrêt et la température ne descends pas.
AUCUNE UTILITÉ.
Le service client ne veut rien savoir.

two problems. The noise when the refrigerator compressor turns on has a high pitched shrill, like a mosquito. Will not be able to tolerate it to fall asleep. Second problem is the temperature sensors. They have been unreliable, with setting one to 3 degrees and the other side to minus 10, the 3 degree side becomes -3. And in general I have noticed off temperature readings on first start up, with two compartments showing very different temperatures when they were in fact both the same temperature. El pasado 29 de mayo compré esta nevera. Cuando llegó no funcionaba. Desde entonces estoy en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente. En principio se trataba de cambiar el panel de control de la nevera como me indicaron, e incluso me mandaron un vídeo para hacerlo yo mismo, pues era algo sencillo. El servicio de atención al cliente a parir de ahí ya no me ha ofrecido más solución que una compensación económica para que compre yo dicho panel, pero es imposible de encontrar. Es lamentable que no sean capaces de enviar una nevera nueva y retirar la que no funciona que, por cierto, ya no se puede comprar

OdiTob Problème de température.

Le froid négatif n'est pas conforme à la température du thermomètre placé à l'intérieur. Le tableau de commande annonce -20° alors qu'elle n'est que de -14°.
(Plusieurs thermomètre différents essayés). On ne peux même pas conserver des glaces la température de conservation doit être à -19°.
Très difficile de régler la température souhaitée en raison des différences de température.
Annoncé avec des portes gobelets que je n'ai pas trouvé. Une déçu.
