I purchased the item back in May. Shortly after it arrived I attempted to put it together. The instructions were not that clear however, what I found is that the two side panels, the holes for the lid were not drilled in the correct place. I contacted customer service thinking they would just send me two new panels however they just refunded a portion of what I paid.
