The hose reel works fine in warm climate, I live in northern Alberta, and that makes it a summer time hose. When you make a purchase with Vevor they will keep sending you more emails of sales, it dose not stop, I have made several sale purchases and the next day after ordering it is cheaper.

reel works as it should , the pump does not growls and only pumps 15 gallons and shuts off then 5 gallons and shuts offreplaced with fill rite pump and that works perfect. do not recomend vevor pump!

Horrible customer support!!!! Takes a week for them to get back to you. And then all they do is repeat your question as their answer. Seems like a well made reel but their description is wrong. It says "NPT" inlet. Its actually a hose barb. I cant figure out why such a well made thing has a hose barb. The reel is made in such a way that this is not easily changed. Going to try to return. If this is how their customer support works, not buying from them again

Junk wouldn’t lock every cheap I would recommend spend the money and get a nice one and don’t have the worry
