Ik heb gemerkt dat deze jerrycans prima zijn voor het bewaren van brandstof, maar minder geschikt voor dagelijks gebruik. De jerrycans zijn wat lastig te kantelen en uit te schenken omdat er geen grip is aan de onderkant. Ik zie duidelijke slijtageplekken op de bodem en hoeken van de jerrycans en ik denk dat dit gaten zal veroorzaken. De afwerking van de jerrycans ziet er goed uit en ik heb geen roest aan de binnenkant gezien. Voor de prijs zijn het prima jerrycans voor opslag. Voor intensief dagelijks gebruik blijf ik echter bij de vertrouwde, in de VS gemaakte jerrycans die ik al heb.

Over het algemeen waren de benzineblikken duurzaam. Het enige probleem dat ik had, was de borgpen. Toen ik de tuit voor het eerst opende, kon ik de pen niet meer gebruiken. Geen groot probleem, want de tuit sluit goed af. Dit gebeurde bij alle blikken die ik kocht.

Mijn jerrycan is binnen en ik ben er helemaal weg van!!! Het was in het begin even wennen, maar ik had het snel door... Ik vind de rode kleur prachtig, hij ziet er strak en elegant uit... Ik heb hem goed weggestopt in mijn auto... Bedankt Vevor voor dit geweldige product!!!!

If you were in the military- no these are not real Jerry cans. Don’t expect them to be. Also they do not appear to be DOT approved. Otherwise they seem fine for storing fuel in the shed, decent metal cans for the price. Spouts are very short. It’s fine for lawn equipment etc, but I am going to find a better spout for refueling the car.

The quality of the can itself seems to be good so far, but the spout leaves something to be desired. The spring action of the plunger is weak and slow, so you can't quickly stop the gas from pouring by simply lifting up on the can. And the retaining clip for the cap pops off with very little force, so that when you try to screw the cap on it flies away, causing you to hunt for it and it's spring or abandon it entirely. I would give 3.5 stars, but that isn't an option.

I purchased these cans for long term Storage of recreation fuel. The cans are sturdy and strong. They could really use some rubber feet on the bottom for when you're pushing them under a shelf for storage So they don't scrape on the concrete. but I can easily put down something for them to sit on. my only real complaint is the locking mechanism on the cap. you push it down to unlock it so you can unscrew the cap and it springs up and flies across the room, and the spring inside rolls somewhere where you can't find it. It happened to of the 3 of the 6 I purchased on the first fill up. The locking mechanism on the cap is absolute garbage. Other than that, I think it's a great can. I probably will be replacing all of the fill spouts, as I have all my other cans with aftermarket, so you don't have to deal with the sliding spout.

I was really excited to find these 5.3 gallon Jerry Cans for about half the price of what they were priced at locally. I ordered 4 total of these gas cans. They showed up damaged and I reached out to Vevor, who sent me two replacements. The replacements also showed up damaged. Some had their fronts smashed in, some had their bottoms smashed in, some had their top handles smashed in. Some had damaged spouts. Simply put, these are not packaged well enough to be shipped without sustaining damage. The next problem are the safety spouts. They are supposed to be a plunger assembly that springs back when the pressure is released on the spout's collar, therefore stopping the fuel flow. Of the 6 spouts, 4 of them don't spring back like they should, and the remainders still leak even after being sprung back. I spilled gas all over my generator, all over my driveway, and all over myself and am not amused. It looks like I'm in the market to buy replacement spouts elsewhere, and have put a simple one-piece cap on them to preserve my fuel for now. Vevor had exceptional customer service shipping the replacements out. When the replacements also showed up damaged I told them not to worry about it, but they offered and issued me a $20 coupon for a future order.. All done and told, I will have spent $80 to get two functioning gas cans, which is still cheaper than buying local (I think $59 was the cheapest I could find), but all this was simply well too much drama. After I sent photos to Vevor outlining the damage on two separate occasions, I started to receive emails from UPS, also demanding photos for a shipping claim. Life is too short for all of this. I've learned my lesson and you've been warned.

They seem to be able to do what they're designed for. However the longevity of the paint and at least one seam is a matter of doubt. One tank has the beginnings of fish eye in the paint, while the seam on the other tank look more melted than welded

I had ordered the fuel cans with the flexible steel spout. They sent me the updated plastic push to pour spouts. Not what I ordered or wanted. I contacted them and they apologized of course and said they'd make it right. They refunded me enough cash to buy good replacement spouts. Nice to see a company actually stand up for their products. I'm totally satisfied with this.
