so far so good ! used to brew in plastic fermentor because of cost but this one is really nice for ~100 euros the dump valve works well , i did a 20 liters batch and everything went well would buy another one soon

Overall this is a fine fermenter. I'm on me second batch of beer at the moment. There are a few of things with mentioning. The in built thermometer send quite accurate which is good, and the yeast outlet works fine as long as you don't wait more than a couple of days after pitching the rest before removing a small amount, and then continue to remove small amounts regularly, otherwise it blocks up, maybe because of the size of the outlet? Also, although it states that there were extra legs to increase the height, these were not part of the package. It's impossible to fit a container to catch the yeast under the fermenter leaving two options, build something for it to sit or it connect a tube.

the Fermenter made for beer works fine for wine its actually better than a Blechman fermenter I have its light weight yet strong doesn't have expensive valves but good valves that work fine. The top cover has four latches and a very good gasket and seals fine it also has the small hole for the air lock it doesn't leak even a little bit. So yes for $200 it's a good deal

Real nice! Perfect function.

Product came in perfect shape. Filled it full of water and absolutly no leaks.(I then tightend all fittings with water still in it and still no leaks, not more tha n 1/8 turn on anything.) Welds looked ok. Wish it had a straight fitting instead of a 90° on the bottom but thats the only way with the legs so short. They mentiond leg extenton in the manual but no more. Finishing my first double batch of kolsch and in 4 days my Tilt temp and gravity told me fermentation was near completion. Trub removal could be a problem with the 90°. Overall, a good product. Dont expect a blichman or other high end product, gets the job done though.👍
