Broke after 1 use started leaking gas everywhere. Thought price was fair and it worked well until I realized gas was leaking

Power washer only work for 1 hour after I received it.there are no power because the pump was leaking. Waiting for customer service to solve this case. I prefer to return it. Very disappointed 。

Small engine for pressure washer and after using it once the engine is too tight to pull start and fells like it will seize up. The response from Vevor is nill. No response in over a week. Tried to attach a video of me trying to start it but it will not attach. Gee, I wonder why.

Do not buy this pressure washe. It arrived damaged and VEVOR has yet to refund or replace. I do not know how companies justify sending out damaged goods The pressure washer has a small hole on the very bottom which does not let it pressure

Worst thing ever. Doesn't work. Tried everything. Customer service isnt helping getting me a replacement. Awful service.

I’ve bought a bunch of items from vevor, never been disappointed untill this 3600 PSI pressure washer I bought. The water pressure surges up and down. Won’t hold a constant pressure. Worked fine for about 4 uses. didn’t even run a full tank of gas through it yet. 😑

Horrible experience on trying to return this item and get a refund after they were suppose to email me a prepaid fedex label and have yet to do so. So I'm paying for a defective unit and you can't get anyone on the phone at all. Unacceptable and won't recommend anything else from this vendor.

If you want a noisy, raw powered pressure washer then when it is working this is the one. But keeping it working is the challenge. This is a water pressure washer so why is it rusting?!! It can't get wet because water gets into the air filter then into the carburetor and then into the oil and needs a mechanic to strip it down. I have the 4400 psi model and it can be horrible to start and right now I can't start this wretched thing. I have people coming and I am wishing I had paid the extra money and got a Honda or something reliable.
