I just received my 1x30 yesterday. I own two Toolkers but they are limited to what I can do. I love the fact of having a small machine with the versatility of the larger 2x72 ones. Having the ability to run in reverse is really nice. I’m thinking about selling the toolkers and buying two more Vevors.

This thing is solid and powerful for its size. It is everything so many reviewers claim it to be. I purchased it recently and have already made modifications such as fabricating a knife sharpening angle guide and a bracket to hold the platen at ninety degrees without having to crank down on the tightening handle too much. I have sharpened around ten knives and fabricated various metal parts within the past month. I am obsessed with owning all sorts of tools and own just about every type. The Vevor belt grinder sander will be among my most prized possessions.

Perfect fit for a small shop.

I haven't had a lot of opportunity to use it but it runs well and I expect good results from it. Being able to control the speed should be a great benefit in keeping from burning materials, especially expensive handle woods.

The varialble speed control is a super value. For knife sharpening, I added an angle guide (KFMK KSAG1). I wish Vevor was selling accessories for this tool. Like an extra mounting bar for a quick change from flat grinding surface to wheel. Not sure if the bearings will last, but they're easy to replace. All in all, a good buy.

Awesome piece of equipment for my home workshop

this has been a great machine. It does just what I was hoping it would do. Works better that some of the other sander I have. Haven't had any problems until this morning when the lower flat grinding assembly bearing started making a grinding noise. And as soon as I shut the unit off, the belt stops, so I know the bearing is starting to lock up. I assume the support department will take care of this.

Great little belt sander for a multitude of activities, especially sharpening. Quality is excellent.
