Product works ok but could use more instruction on were and when to use plastic spacers . Especially when the machine mentions a size that the machine does not do.( 75mm) machine does work retivly well . Would be nice to see a better finish on these machines when purchased. I have bought 3 machines from you now and all had gorges and scraps on the plastic components. And even on some of the metal ones.

mi*** Kleine buttons maken werkt niet

Ik heb deze buttonmaker ander halve maand gekocht en helaas zat de hendel er niet bij. Na bijna 3 weken ontving ik eindelijk de hendel en kon ik aan de slag.
Met als volgende tegenslag dat het onmogelijk is om kleine butons te maken. Ook hier weer veel contact over heen en weer met vervor. EN uiteindelijk is overleg besloten de buttonmachine te vernietigen en mijn geld terug te ontvangen,
De service van vevor is niet slecht maar je moet wel en een lange adem hebben want het gaat heel erg langzaam.
Is het een slechte machine? ik denk het niet, ik denk dat ik gewoon pech heb gehad

The directions weren't accurate, so we looked up how to assemble it online and found another buyer who posted instructions.
The foundation plate holes don't line up with the button maker.
Once we got the button maker going, people love making buttons, so it's very rewarding to see it happen at our events.

De delivery was not what I ordered. The metal parts 54mm with pin dos NOT compete with the machine. Only the plastic parts work properly. The small pins are 2 mm smaller than the order. There's no circle press delivered 54 and 32 mm but only 2 plastic cirkel cutters witch are very fragile. The screw is too short when you use the protector metal ring. My daughter was very upset!

La machine semble pas mal mais malheureusement la machine est arrivée à le mauvais socle et les mauvaises vis. Malgré mes nombreuses relance avec le service client je n'ai jamais réussi à avoir le bon socle renvoyé. La machine ne tient donc pas bien dès que l'on presse dessus et se soulève. C'est très désagréable.

I purchased Vevor because I wanted a quality product. And that's also why I chose the metal button maker. I had to send the first one back. And I should've sent this second one back too because while it would at least make buttons it was wasted about 50% of the blanks.

Mine jammed the 5th button I made and is still jammed and ive been waiting for a week for customer service to help me. It said 48 hours for a response and it took them 4 days to tell me I used "too thick of paper" when I used the art and paper they gave me. Im on day 6 now of trying to get a replacement or refund

Machine Hs après seulement 7/8 pressages . SAV assez réactif mais déjà 3 semaines d'attente pour la nouvelle.

j'ai reçu le colis et certaines des éléments fournis semblent avoir déjà était utilisé.
La presse 32 mm a des partie tordu , la plaques pour les badges et toute rayée avant sa premiere utilisation , le filetage de la poignée est mal fait certaines pièces sont tordues ou pas centrées.
De plus impossible de sertir les badges en 58mm . montage montage, calibrage , centrage est surement une causes de l’impossibilité de sertir les badges.
