The biggest disappointment is that this jack is advertised as a 5-ton model, but the actual lifting capacity is only 1.8 tons. This is very misleading and was one of the main reasons I purchased it. I bought it to keep in my Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 319 so I could lift the van when changing a tire if needed. However, after testing it on my ATV, I don’t feel confident using it on the van. The jack felt unstable during lifting, and the lifting arm leaned against the battery housing, which raised serious concerns about its design and safety. It may be suitable for some light-duty applications, but based on my experience, I would not trust it for lifting a larger vehicle such as a Sprinter.

The Jack works fairly good. Got two batteries. One died the first day the impact that came with it. It’s the worst thing I’ve ever used. I would not rate this for anyone to use. Poor, poor quality.

Item does not work and your customer service sucks

Disappointed, feels weird cant trust it because u never know when the battery will die. Feels like a waste of money.

Am dat review negativ datorită faptului că nu reușeste să ridice niciodată 5T. Am incercat să ridic o barca de 1T, din lateral si nu a reușit

J'ai enfin essayé le cric électrique et le pistolet a chocs Pour le cric le premier véhicule a levé un Renault trafic 3 qui a glissé car le patin d'appui n'a pas de grippe sur du bitume 😵‍💫 Quant pistolet à choc il ne fonctionne pas le moteur électrique tourne mais n'entraîne pas le mandrin pour visser ou dévisser 🫤

Leider hebt der Wagenheber keine 5t auf. Mein Auto mit 2,6t hebt er nur hinten auf sodas ich den Reifen wechseln kann. Vorne schafft er es nicht das Auto ganz aufzugeben.

Produit dit livré mais toujours rien reçu j'ai réclamé à plusieurs reprises et VEVOR Tourne en rond pour me livré le même crique électrique où me rembourser j'ai déjà commandé plusieurs articles chez eux et très satisfait

Never received. Vevor has not been delivering my orders and saying that my address is undeliverable. Happened on 3 items now. Some past items delivered no issues. Same address. So i will not be ordering from vevor again.

Ne fonctionne plus juste après la fin de la garantie 100 € à la poubelle ! Je ne recommande pas du tout !
