Heater excellent, the green fuel hose supplied failed after 4 months, do yourself a favour & buy the replacement fuel line (Clear)from VEVOR with the spare filters etc & fit this from the beginning The fuel line is why I have marked quality as 4 stars- heater is 5 stars Heat works well controls are good & supplied remote is excellent, have not bothered with the app on my phone Have run heat on low all night with no issue - just remember to give it a blast on high for a couple of minutes before shutting off to remove any possible carbon build up

Just got this installed yesterday so can't speak to longevity. But, the new controller has features that I've wanted for awhile. Firstly, it has a true thermostat mode where the heater turns on and off with room temperature. When in this Auto mode, it stops heating and goes into a standby mode until heating is needed again. Seems to have about a +/-3 deg C temperature band. Secondly, there is a bluetooth phone app that allows settings adjustments way easier than the controller buttons (which still work also.) The bluetooth app also allows you to dim or turn off the controller backlight as well as silence the little voice. Lots of little changes that I like. The bluetooth app is very intuitive, pretty much eliminating the need for the manual's operating instructions. The manual of course is still practically unintelligible. But once you figure things out the manual makes more sense.

Very pleased with this heater. Fitted to my van for winter use. Coming back cold and wet after a long day it is great to have set the heater to come on an hour beforehand. Leave it on at home for a while to dry damp clothes, etc. Fitting was easy with fittings supplied, etc. Would definitely by another heater. Thinking of one for my small shed.

Great little unit. Add diesel and connect to power and it fires straight up. Outside our caravan and it only sounds like a clock its that quiet. I did have to buy a longer duct pipe. Took about 20mins to set up. Should have bought one ages ago

Fitted the 12V 2kW Bluetooth model in an Avan Cruiseliner caravan and the heat output and controls are excellent for the price. Runs quietly inside the van once the pump is boxed and foam-lined. A few caveats worth knowing: * The VEVOR install diagram shows the fuel filter with the clear translucent end facing away from the fuel tank but this is ABSOLUTELY WRONG and caused a lot of headaches trying to prime the fuel line. The transluscent end of the fuel filter should be facing the fuel tank and the solid blue cap should be facing the pump. The intent of this unidirectional design is to ensure you can see sediment from the tank before it enters the system. * The supplied green fuel line is flimsy. An attempt to replace it with diesel rated fuel line worked well from the pump to the filter to the tank but from that thicker fuel line didn’t seal adequately on the heater fuel intake even with different hose clamps which caused air bubbling and fuel leaks during installation causing several ‘white smoke’ and error code problems * The supplied exhaust clamps are flimsy - swapped them out for a different exhaust kit with better clamps

Spokojenost je tak nějak obecná. Funguje a to je hlavní. Ale elektrické připojení jako veškeré dráty by mohli být delší. Aplikace přes telefon žádná sláva, ale to se očekávalo. A pokud člověk není úplný debil tak si vždy a se vším poradí. Příště bych šel do toho jiste znovu. To co má dělat tak dělá.

Nu 2 jaar oud (aanschalf oktober 2024) vooral in de winterperiode veelvuldig en langdurig in gebruik. Dus behoorlijk wat uren gedraaid. Geheel tevreden maar helaas laat me nu in de steek error code E3 als eerste de gloeiplug. Kan vuil zijn of is versleten. Daarna nog wel gestart maar doet nu helemaal niets meer. Krijg meteen error code E6 is de ventilatie fan. Maar vermoed dat de gloeiplug de eerste oorzaak is. Moet ik dus testen. Heb gloeiplug besteld met montage gereedschap. Is er anders alleen uit te krijgen als je gehele apparaat demonteerd en dat gaat me nu even te ver. Heb meteen een 2e nieuwe aangeschaft mocht de reparatie niet lukken dan vervang ik hem. Ik vind voor de aanschaf prijs en 2 jaar gedraaid een het een hele mooie prestatie. Betaal het 10 of 12 voudige voor een Webasto of Ebenspacher standkachel en daar heb ik ook problemen mee gehand. Dus 4 sterren.
