Vevor 8k bluetooth deisel air heater. Junk. Ran 5 minutes when it first arrived. Went to turn it in again later when it got cold and nothing. Fuel pump won't run. No voltage from the controller. Custimer service chat is a run around to frustrate you into just giving up.

Bought this and used it about 6 times. It runs for about an hour then shuts off. I’ve had 3 different error codes come up. This thing is junk

No agent will talk to live.
Talking with an AI Robot is No Way to provide customer service.
My package went back and forth between 5 sorting stations for a week before it was delivered ……. all my information was correct.
Again even to ask questions about a product or now to get any sort of after purchase of accessories etc is going to be a night mare
Never again Vevor productts.. there are many other companies

We have tried multiple times to contact the company as have had very poor responses. No contact number to call, only by email.
Our unit did not come with the parts mentioned and has been a complete mess trying to get parts needed.
