the unit works great just a couple design issues that i wish you could address 1 being the location of the exhaust port & fresh air port needs to be in a better spot such as coming out the back of the unit instead of underneath 2nd to eliminate the fuel pump ticking to be silent would be great

Fine price, and fair quality,,, but instruction to the panel features are not good,, I tried to find some info on You Tube, but there was nothing with this type of panel,,,

Got one, it stopped working, a few new parts was sent, added them, still nothing, finally they replaced the full heater. Used the new one for a few months, them summer, so no use, along came colder months, turned it on and got another week out of it and the matching is throwing out the same errors as the last one that couldn't be fixed. I gave up. Save you money, it is a piece of crap.

I really like the heat output and the compact design. I must say the description of managing the controls is less than clear. I still am not sure how to change the settings and could not find anything on line to go over step by step how to change the controls. Also, the fuel pump clunking is surprisingly loud. I am surprised the designers could not silence this better? As well, I think there needs to be more caution on the heat the exhaust pipe generates, it cannot be close to combustible materials, as it gets extremely hot.

All worked when I got it and tested it. Then decided to put away for awhile and when I went to use it for a set up the remote didn't work. I did all troubleshooting and contacted vevor about purchasing a new remote at my cost. After several emails and chats vevor couldn't help me replace my remote. Sad that they cant support customers even when they offer to purchase a product to keep the vevor product going.

Has a fan or motor E06 code, took it apart fan was good, so the motor quit working. Had it heating my ice fishing shack and we ended up having to sit in the vehicle on the lake ans keep it running to stay warm. Wouldn't recommend it for a outdoor use or for only means of heat.

Am achiziționat acest sistem acum un an și deja s-au stricat Când am desfăcut să văd ce nu funcționează,am constatat că sistemul este de 5 kw și nu de 8 kw cum am comandat și plătit, iar bujia incandescentă nu a rezistat decât un an.
