The item was delivered within 3 days. Unfortunately there was a problem with the control box of the heater. On contacting Vevor a replacement part was sent to me. In the meantime I purchased a second heater, and installed it in my caravan while awaiting delivery of the replacement part. I can recommend Vevor for their service and follow up. The unit heats my caravan up efficiently, with a minimum amount of noise.

All good. Working out the set up ie time etc. a bit hit and miss......................................

Im so impressed, just like a expensive webasto or eberspächer. I change the fuelhose, that was the only thing. Buy it, you dont regret it!

Impeccable.

I bought this to replace a cheaper unit I bought on Amazon that came broken and the vendor would not reply to emails. I should have bought this 8k heater here first because I know they are better quality. Anyway, I have installed this unit in my Tacoma and it is probably too much heat for my bed camper. The 5k would have been fine, but I don't mind because this unit wont work as hard in -30 C' winters. I'm very happy with this purchase. It was my first time buying direct from Vevnor. Fast and easy.

Works excellent ,have purchased three units for various spots !Throw nice heat pretty much immediately when required ,very happy ,recommended heaters + Vevor service !
