Bonjour, Jai monté la roue jockey sans problème. Elle parait de bonne facture et c'est l'utilisation dans le temps qui me permettra de juger de la fiabilité !!!!. En charge la roulette a du mal à pivoter . J'aimerais avoir une réponse à ce sujet. Seule remarque : Même si je me débrouille en anglais, je pense que la doc pourrait être traduite en anglais !!!!!

Product has a lot of slop in the swing mechanism and had a pea size amount of grease on the cap and zero on the actual gears of the mechanism. Make sure to check yours before use. Over all it seems to be of decent construction. I will update after 6months.

I bought this to put 2nd jack onto my trailer so I could jack it up higher and use both to block under each other as i raise it to drain boat better when it sits. The pipe is longer than the one on it now. I had hoped it would have more lift. It does not extend as fully within pipe as it would seem it should. But it seems strong and good quality so I moved it rearward more and since I'm blocking each using the other for lifting sequentially it just means I need more blocks and time. I have a 6000 lb tandem axle aluminum bunk trailer. The jack has predrilled holes in the bars and plate it mates to that you clamp around trailer frame. I rotated plate 90 degrees to see if both sides were spaced to reach and only one side was long enough. But the set of holes has about 1/4 inch gap below bolts on frame so I will need to shim it with something as now it leans badly and is not straight up, causing tension on the pipe that may break it. But I will find some aluminum plate or similar and shim the gap and I expect this to work well, especially for the price. It would be nice if jacks came pre greased-this one feels like it doesn't have any, like all the other ones I've purchased elsewhere over the years. It makes it much easier to crank and protects from rush inside-so take plastic cap off and grease the gear contact points and you will be good to go. I may drill and tape for a grease zerk to use grease gun in future.

THE WHEEL ACTUALLY BROKE WHEN I LIFTED THE TRAILER! CHEAPLY MADE

0 star customer service if possible. My first order from Vevor and they sent my a golf cart cover instead of the trailer jack. Ok no big deal I'll chat with them and they'll just send out the correct item right? WRONG! I took pictures of the golf cart box, and item and they said their team would respond in 3 days. Um ok, why can't the chat guy help me like every other company. 3 days, an email (from the chat guy) they need more pictures of the SKU that was sent to me. At this point do they think I'm lying? Who knows. I chat again, tell them I'm out of town and the guy says the team will get back to me in....3 days. 3 days later an email from the guy I chatted with, we still need pictures. Once I get home (Mon) I send the pictures... Thursday they respond with whether I'd like a refund or not. Sunday I get an email saying my refund has been issued. 3-4 day increments between communication for something that should be handled in one chat without requiring burden of proof on a customer is UNACCEPTABLE customer service. Never using this website again.
