I have used this product in the past and am well pleased with it. However, with this last order, I am still disputing the lack of delivery. Customer service is evidently handled entirely by AI. I ordered 3 rolls and only one was delivered. AI insists that FedEx shows a delivery, then that settles the issue. I sent the proof of delivery showing only one box, not three, on my porch. This has gone back and forth for weekks with the burden of proof lying more and more on me. I have ordered many other products from Vevor in the past with good results. Until I can speak to a real person to get this settled, I am done with Vevor.

I bought this product very recently to redo the landscaping around my home. What I disliked was whenever you cut it it frayed into stringy pieces almost like you were using a old wore out tarp. If you had to cut a hole in order to go over the top and existing shrub it frayed and wherever you cut it along the border it did the same thing and trying it to cut it with a hot knife it didn't help very much. I would definitely not recommend this product. I think it would work well perhaps if you are laying it out and cutting holes to plant in as opposed to going over existing shrubbery. I went to my local garden supply and purchased their landscaping fabric and I'm very happy with it.

The worst customer service ever. If it happens that you have any problem, these guys are willing to take you in swings until you get dizzy. I think their customer support are well trained on taking their clients on a roller coaster. I have an issue pending with them since July 7th.

This one is very thin and shreds easy. If you're using for weed control in a flower bed or garden, spend more and get the thicker material.

Did a lot of work for flowerbeds and some weeds grow straight though. It seems heavy duty, likely better for drive way fabric rather than weed blocker in flowerbeds. Work has to be redone with a barrier with better integrity.

I ordered the item and it came fairly quickly, however I received a roll of the 2 ft wide and not the 4 ft like I ordered. I quickly notified them there was an issue and sent the photos of the shipping labels they requested. It took several emails and even one to offer me 1/3 of the price in a refund. I declined and informed them I wanted the full price and would send the product back. It took several emails to finally get my refund. This all took about 3 weeks to reconcile. The customer service was an absolute joke.
