If I could leave a lower than 1 star review I would. I bought this Hot water tank and did not install it for a few months after I got it. 3 months into this Hot water tank it failed. I honestly used the hot water maybe 30 times. MAYBE. since it's out in a insulated garage/office. almost exactly 3 months of VERY Little use. it went out. they sent me a replacement part for "Thermal overheat protection". This did not change anything. I tested all lines coming in with the volt meter. No power to anything except the Live wire coming in. The heating element is under 8ohms which in theory should still work... but I have no way to replace this heating element. IF YOU WANT A GARBAGE PRODUCT FROM A GARBAGE COMPANY then you should proceed with the purchase and understand that you WILL NOT GET REPLACEMENT PARTS!!!! On a serious note- Do not buy this! you cannot go to home depo, menards, lowes, plummer house, any plumbing supply place to get ANY parts for this... BUYER BEWARE! DON'T DO IT!

Hate to leave a bad review but the thermostat fails in the on position and the thermal break has to trip only after the water is near boiling. It worked well for about a year in fairly heavy use and I was very please with it. I see two other reviews that cite thermostat failure and one sounds just like my experience Too bad as the insulation and case are very good but with that thermostat I can't continue to use it.

It leaks from tank ..constantly notifying your :customer service " got me no where ...forced to demand full refund

Alert alert beware this water heater is cheap Chinese junk burned out after just 14 months burned my wife’s hand thermostat malfunction caused the heating element to burn out Vevor would not do anything.do not waste your money on this junk.

We have the tank turned way down and the high limit switch that is covered not easy for a reset you have to dismantle the whole front panel continuously keeps tripping. If you don’t use it for a week it’s just simply tripped. You lose hot water.

Was very easy to install. However it shuts off and needs to be reset every couple of days. It has been like that since the 4th day after it was installed. I am hoping that an individual outlet for only the hot water heater will resolve this problem.

Bought this tank the first time and had no issues , bought a second tank and for some reason couldn’t get it to stop leaking ( small leak ) so needed up having to buy another tank to replace it

Power cord is 14guage should be 12 for the power. It gets hot. Hard wired right to panel removing cord no more problems

Well I bought this hot water heater 5 months ago I didn't install it right away I have been using it for 3 months now and it has been working great I love it...till last week the pressure valve starting spitting out very hot water I unplugged it it took 3days to cool down so I could touch it now I'm left without hot water and have no clue what happened I reached out to vevor via email and that chat thing and no help no response back with an email I have no idea what I can do from here....there is no contact number for this company so if u buy from them and have issues ur on it own
