Suite à l'incompétence du livreur GLS, j'attends toujours la livraison de ces équipements. En effet le jour de la livraison, j’étais présent à l'adresse indiquée sauf entre 12 et 14 heures. Pour autant, je n'ai pas reçu d'appel d'un livreur pour me demander ce qu'il devait fare. J'attends de la part de Vevor soit le remboursement total de la commande, soit la réexpédition de la commande.

It was good when it worked. But the issue is it kept blowing fuses for some reason. I tried letting it warm up before I turn on the ultrasonic function. I tried turning on the heating and ultra sonic function at the same time, but it kept blowing through the fuse. The initial one I got worked once and it blew a fuse and wont turn on after swapping in a new fuse. I contacted support and they sent me a replacement board(instead of a unit) and that didnt work. They then tried to get me to accept a partial refund (I had this unit for a day idk why I would accept a partial refund). Eventually they gave me another unit. This unit was a bit better. It lasted through 2 uses before blowing the first fuse and another 2 uses before it blew the next one. Im at a loss on what to do. It sat in my temperature controlled basement for a few months between uses. Maybe they changed the hardware for later versions of this product. I bought mine last september

Nach dreimaligem gebrauch flog bereits die Sicherung raus ! Ein Kontakt zu Herrn Bradlay, chat Kontakt bei vevor , zwar bekommen aber auf weitere Antworten warte ich jetzt seid ca 10 Tagen , letzte Mail von vevor : rücksende Ticket wird zeitnah gesendet ! Was bitte ist zeitnah ? Schade die Male wo es funktioniert hatte war ich mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden ! Hallo vevor ich hatte etwas mehr Service erwartet ! MfG Guido

Nicht kaufen! War nach 10 Minuten kaputt und hat Kurzschlüsse erzeugt. Verkäufer sträubt sich, den Kaupreis zu erstatten. Unseriös

It's not a 3 liters capacity, it hold 2 liters of fluid at top line level, spill of at 2.4L Got a hard times with after sale support for a "not has described" issue. Not impressed by his cleaning capacity our other brand units are more efficient

I've had problems with few of their ultrasonic units and they won't replace bad units. BUYER BEWARE

I was super excited to get my first ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning automotive hardware. It worked great for the first 5 cycles, then it made a strong electrical smell and stopped working. I contacted customer service and they had me take pictures of the control card and they sent me a replacement card. I installed the card and it still doesn’t work. I submitted another customer service ticket and they want to refund me 20 bucks usd….what a joke!!! I’ve been fighting with these clowns for weeks now. BUYER BEWARE I WILL BE DOING A YOUTBE VIDEO WITH EMAILS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A FULL REFUND

Power Cord went bad second time i used it. the replacement process is a joke. they ask for a picture, i sent it. Now they want a video of a bad power cord. what a joke. Last VEVOR purchase. Will change rating if they do the right thing.

Would not recommend! Unit stopped working after 2nd use. As I feared customer service not good. My advice, buy Harbor Freight and get warranty!

Ultrasonic cleaner arrived faulty. Heat temp. couldn't be adjusted or turned on. Went to try using ultrasonic function and it blew the fuse. Tried contacting customer support and got generic run around. No quality control, Vevor ships faulty junk products and makes it impossible to get a refund or replacement.
