You need to improve your instructions. There are 3 adjustment on Locking mechanisms that dont work well. Partly because there are no instructions as to what they actually do. As well no clear instructions on drawer size

Dave Never showed up- Vevor was no help

This product never arrived and so I would say they are the worst drawer slides. The drawers really stick when there are no slides. Vevor was absolutely useless at helping me track down the missing items, and no refund. Never using Vevor again.

Came with the sliders and that was it told them I need the equipment and they sent one I'm and I needed ten. Been going back and forth for a month now. Now I have to send everything back to get my refund

The old saying you get what you pay for definitely applies here. If you have money to waste this company is for you. Forget about customer service because all they do is stall over and over again hoping you’ll just give up!

Don’t count on vevor making things right if you have problems with their products. I have 10 pair of drawer guides that I can’t use because they did not come with the locking mechanism. I have emailed everything they asked for and all I get is an automated bot reply. They hope you’ll just give up.

J'ai acheté de nombreux produits VEVOR au fil du temps et ceux-ci sont généralement de très bonne qualité (à l'exception des instructions qui ne sont généralement pas très explicites). Par contre, pour ces rails, sur les 12 paires commandées, 8 rails du côté droit étaient défectueux...
