After 2 weeks of buying this items I still have not received all packages. Customer service promised a Refund so I went to Home Depot and bought what I needed at a higher price of course. Now they refused to give me the Refund and I still haven’t got my full order. Customer service promised me a tracking number and I’m still waiting for it. Stay away from VEVOR

Received order several days ago and was disappointed to see the housing for the air filter was broken. No damage in shipping anywhere. Sent in a refund request and I have been getting the run around ever since. I have not been able to use or return the unit because I am still waiting for the "team " to review the complaint. Sent pics of the broken part and box it was shipped in. This could have been a simple fix by just sending me a replacement part. So now I'm stuck with a machine I can't use and no refund to buy something different. Buyers beware!!!

So I ordered the biggest unit I I received it It did not have the piece that holds the attachments in place so I reach out takes weeks for them to tell me that I have to send it back for one little part I send it back and now they no longer have the unit?! When I started the whole process they were in stock now after weeks of dealing with robots and ZERO PEOPLE ITS OUT IF STOCK?! absolutely insane to me!

No part of it will assemble, holes drilled in the wrong spots. Instruction Manuel is useless and horribly written. Want to find the order number so I can return it but of course they make that impossible, every time I click on the order for the number it just takes me to the page to buy another one of these pieces of junk

Fell apart after a few uses

I used this twice to cut hedges.. it used so much fuel. I used a full tank on three hedges. A set screw was loose and bent so the articulating hedge trimmer attachment doesn’t articulate fully. The fuel tank cap leaks. It doesn’t self align properly and tighten to prevent leaking. I’ll be seeking a refund or replacement.?

Grossly underpowered and this company pulled a bait and switch on me. I went online to order the biggest one that had the 62 cc cause I knew I needed something bigger and then I went down through the menu option on their ad that showed the 62 cc and I clicked on it and they charged me for the 62 cc they’re jacked up website still showed it as the 26 cc that was in the header for the ad but I had clicked onto the larger one the 62 cc these bait and switch bastards refused to return it. They did send me 60 bucks back the difference between the price of the one they charged me for versus the one they sent me but refused to return it so now I’m sitting here with a piece of shit weedeater that isn’t worth a damn. You can’t trim shit with it. You can’t use the hedge trimmers cause I barely cut even the sawblade they send won’t cut through anything because the damn thing just stalls out you could sit there on a quarter inch thick weed and grind away on it for 10 minutes before it’ll cut through anything because it drops the RPMs down to nothing cause it’s grossly underpowered do not trust these people do not buy from these people. Now let’s see how long it’ll take them and how often I will have to keep on trying to post a review because they’re blocking bad reviews on their garbage products.

Gear coming from the engine stripped out on the 2nd use very disappointed in this product. Don't think ill buy any more products from here.

I bought the 6 in 1 multi hedge trimmer. It cold started the first initial time and even had a warm start. However, after mowing the lawn, I went to do another cold start and it won't start. There IS NOT a direct number to technical support. I had to call the refund replace number and they wrote up a technical request and said the person would call me in a couple of hours. It has been 7 hours with no response.
