Attachments won't change out easily. Locking pin gets stuck. And they won't let me but other attachments for it, I'd have to but a whole new kit apparently. And when trying to deal with customer service I kept getting AI chats instead of talking to a person

I've use my Vevor 5 in 1 2 cycle unit about 4 hours. The unit runs rough but not anything bothersome. The pull starter has started not retracting completely. It has enough to pull left to kick start it but there is about 18" of the rope that will not retract. I did purchase a 3 year warranty so I'm planning on looking into what I need to do to get repairs. 4 hours of use is not a good sign of durability. Updates coming.

Plusieurs accessoires et pièces manquantes lors de la réception du produit. J'attends une réponse du service client. J'avais pris la garantie prolongée d'un ans . Pour le moment l'appareil n'est pas utilisable. Je changerais mon évaluation apres la réponse et surtout la solution a mon problème.

Engine is great but the pole saw attachment broke after just 2 uses. Worm gear inside stripped out and is now useless.

Review is for 26cc 2 stroke gas hedge trimmer. Sprays gas everywhere! Bought new. Started right up out of the box. Works properly but gas sprays everywhere from vent on top of cap. Unsafe to use. Awaiting response from Vevor

I purchased this. I use it twice the spring mechanism that holds the attachments on broke. I opened the claim with VEVOR I was completely ignored in my claim was settled in an email with no replacement or no replacement part. now I’m stuck with this tool that I can’t put attachments on because of this faulty spring that doesn’t hold them on..not good business

I will need refund for chainsaw i bought, there is no chain size that will fit, even the 20" chain don't fit, now I'm stuck and it is useless without working. 20" chain buy from store don't fit and 18" too don't fit

I just unpacked my parcel and it actually delivered to me broken but not from the transport but from the factory. If I knew the manufacturer was from Italy I’d never order it.
