I guess I should tune my expectations, but even then things should just work a little bit, for a little while. First, accepted my order and shipped with a carrier that doesn't service my location. Strike 1. Next. All the included safety items; trash. Child sized, and all sub par. Instructions don't match reality. Illustrates assemblies that just don't exist. 40:1 gas mix. just to be annoying with every other 50:1 tool I own. Driveshafts are not captive in the pole; they'll fall out. and the final insult.... the hedge trimmer end... moves back and forth but just chews tiny branches, can't even go through a blade of grass. Basically... you get what you pay for. Not much.

Does not work properly. Very heavy. Recoil start act funny when pulling.

Leaked fuel when priming. Could barely pull the rope. Never got it to start. Still waiting on parts so I can repair a new product. Would prefer my money back.

I didn't receive all of the items in this order. I contacted Vevorand I am still waiting and still have not been told if they are going to be sent to me.

0 stars if I could give it. Although it’s got plenty of power & great potential, the lack of customer support over a malfunctioning pull start after 2 uses is simply unacceptable. I bought 4 different items & have been somewhat pleased until the trimmer incident. Get it together! From a very disgruntled former customer .

Kvaliteten ser ut til å være ganske dårlig. Hekksaksen gikk i stykker første dagen. Det lekker fra bensintank og fra sagkjede oljetank. Virker som det mangler gummipakning i lokket. Tanken er god, men kvaliteten står ikke i stil. Jeg har klaget på produktet til Vevor, men har ikke fått noe svar.

Save your money it's true what they say you get what you pay for. This thing is a POS didn't even make it through a whole summer. Went to weed eat my yard today and I squeezed the throttle and the head wouldn't spin. I took it apart to try and fix it and it looks like they sent me a return or something where the shaft meets the clutch it had 2 holes holding the shaft on one looked like it was a factory whole and the other hole looked like a hack special like when the hole gets stripped out and someone drives a hole right into the shaft with the screw. Never seen a clutch like that before it's cheap long store short I got a weed eater that runs but won't spin the head. I'm done doing business with this company sell me a weed eater I used for residential use and it couldn't even last one full summer.
