Product seems good but no instructions and getting ahold of customer support and getting answers are nearly impossible

I really like the machine for what it has done so far but not exactly happy with it. I tried cutting down a limb and made sure the chain was in the right direction but found no real ability to put enough pressure to get the chainsaw into the branch. The extension has two male parts so I can't really reach the tree branches that I'm trying to reach in the first place. What I will say is that I let the think sit in a box for the first week because I thought it look awfully intimidating to start as I am not necessarily a hands on type of guy. With some intention and patience, the directions were very clear and I was able to use the machine for a couple of things. but the handle being broke really makes it difficult.

Had to take it to mechanic before I used it. After fixing it was able to run, I had attached the head to an attachment but the Allen key screw was it connected to the hole made for it so I boar a second hole close to the original hole so now the attachments move when I am using it. The stop button is to close I hit it ever so often. Overall it’s a good machine it would be good of Vevor sent me another head!!

I've had this for about 3 months now. At first it ran great, no issues. As time went on it started having throttle issues. Now it won't rev up to full throttle and has very little power. I changed the spark plugs and that di not help. I'm not 100% satisfied with this unit. Thus why I waited 3 months to write the review. I will try to get it running properly, but at this point I am not satisfied with the operation of the engine. Everything else seems to be adequate. Just the engine has given me issues. I know the gas and oil are mixed properly. It runs, but just does not rev up or have power enough even for the string trimmer to operate. Let alone the saw, hedge trimmer, or the blades that come with it.

First the handler that goes on was broke, sent pics showing it was broke. They said they were sending a replacement part but, still havent received anything. When I send an email asking, it always says the same thing, please be patient, your part will be shipping soon. They can tell how soon, it like a robot answering emails. Instructions are not very clear, the head that holds the string for weed eating is a pain in the a$$ to get off.

The more I use it the louder the gear box gets, I don't think its going to last

can't really give a review, havent used it yet. was missing some hardware, bolts and such, that I havent been able to source. Will update later

En vielä ole käyttänyt kuin pensasleikkuria. Noinkin suurella koneella leikkuri on melko tehoton. Kierroksia täytyy ottaa todella paljon että terät edes liikkuvat ja sen myötä kuluu polttoainetta aivan järjettömän paljon. En tiddä onko minulle osunut ns maanantaikappale, vai voiko tosiaan leikkuri olla näin tehoton? Noin edullisesti en odottanutkaan saavani mitään huippulaitetta, mutta olen yllättynyt pensasleikkurin tehottomuudesta polttoainekulutukseen nähden. En myöskään odota muiden lisälaitteiden toimivan pienemmillä kierroksilla, epäilen kytkimen olevan sopimaton tähän koneeseen.

The plastic is of poor quality, the throttle is inconveniently positioned, the balance is poor, and it's very uncomfortable to use when mowing the grass.
