Built very well. The wiring cover down the side of the pump sticks out too far and will not fit in the 4" pipe. I've seen several reviews over the last few years with the same issue. You have to lightly beat if slightly flat to insert inside the 4" pipe. Installed 145' deep. Rated for 207'. Can only get to pressurize up to 42'psi. If i set to 43 it will not cut off even though it is Rated to 90psi. VEVOR did offer me a rebate of $21 since it was out of warranty ( i purchased and did not immediately install. Warranty ended before i could install so they did ok). I will purchase another VEVOR but much larger. BTW, it does have a backflow preventer installed in the motor housing. I installed another at the top as recommended. I checked to see if it would hold pressure when off and it did so no leaks in drop pipe.

Je n'ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner la pompe correctement. Le manomètre se met en défaut toutes les 5 secondes et donc la pompe s'arrête. Il faut relancer en permanence en appuyant sur le bouton reset. Comme il n'y a pas de notice explicative sur la façon de brancher ce boîtier, je vais faire intervenir un électricien. La pompe que j'utilisais avant, de la même marque, fonctionnait beaucoup plus facilement car elle se mettait en route dès qu'on la branchait en direct sur secteur. Donc très déçu.

Bought this pump 2 years ago. First months it worked perfectly, however after year one I would have to pull it out of the well (85m) because it would pull power but no water would come but after moving the pump and having it drain, it would start back. Now in year 2, it's not working at all. We took the pump out (again) and upon opening up, we noticed the same as a previous review. The rubbers wherein the shift should turn became rock hard hence the shaft is slowed to a point the motor gets hot trying turn it and no water will come. Never would have thought a pump, even at this price, would only run well for 1 year (with not even 50hrs of use)

Je m'étais promis d'attendre le traitement du SAV avant de mettre un avis. Mais là, c'est trop long pour qu'un avis ne soit pas donné. Pompe acheté le 20/04 sur site. Reçue le 28/04. Le jour même je signale une pièce cassée sur la pompe et demande la marche à suivre pour éventuellement la remplacer tout en conservant évidemment la garantie. Le 28/04 on m'informe par message automatique le traitement de la demande dans les 48h. Le 01/05 (soit 4 jours plus tard et non 48h) nouveau message m'indiquant à nouveau une réponse dans les 48h ! Le 07/05 j'envoie un nouveau message après un chat sur le site d'une inefficacité abyssale. Le 10/05 (soit 14 jours après le début d'un dossier SAV qui devait être traité en 48h) on me propose : - soit de me rembourser 68 euros pour compenser ma perte (pour un achat de 140 € !) et de conserverez le produit (qui est quand même avec une pièce cassée, donc susceptible de tomber en panne et bien sûr sans aucune indication sur le maintien de la garantie). - soit de me renvoyer un nouveau produit Et bien 3 jours après ma demande de renvoi de produit et réponse à mon message pour confirmer la prise en compte, toujours aucun retour. Je sais pas si la pompe est bien ou non (d'où mes 3 étoiles par fonctionnalité) mais pour le SAV, pour l'instant zéro pointé. Et heureusement que je suis selon leur message un client "précieux" !! On n'a manifestement pas la même définition du mot précieux, ou alors j'ai raté un truc…

Funcionó 5 o 6 minutos, se fue la luz y no volvió a funcionar.

E instalado la bomba , y salta el térmico de la caja , la bomba no sube el agua , el generador es de 6kw , se nota que hace fuerza cuando la enciendes del interruptor pero a los pocos segundos salta el térmico . El agua está a 4'5 metros de altura . Pedí una bomba que me sacara 10m3 a la hora a unos 9m . Pero a esta Bomba sumergible algo le pasa , desearía una devolución , mañana la sacaré y la volveré a embalar conforme vino
