Purchased 3 of these for extra storage in the garage. Obviously the price was good and the structure of the shelves seems solid but the shelves themselves are a strange combination of thin metal panels and cross pieces which warp and do not provide a flat or stable surface on which to place things. I had a collection of bottles i wanted to place on one shelf and the uneven surface of the shelves made it virtually impossible to line up rows of bottles because they would lean and tip over into each other 😳. i ended up cutting 3/8" OSB and replacing the shelves with it and all works much better now

This was my first time ordering directly from the Vevor website. In the past I bought my Vevor products through Wayfair and never had a problem. I ordered two shelving units this time. The first was perfect, exactly what I expected. The second was a different story. When my kids and I opened it to assemble it, it had a strong cat urine smell, and the shelves were scratched up. There was also a residue left on the shelves, which I assume was from the cat urine, and we had to wipe it off. It was clearly a used unit, not new. The smell has now spread, and our whole basement stinks of cat pee. It’s not healthy for anyone to receive a product in this condition, and it’s unacceptable to send out something like this. On top of that, there’s no way to speak with a real person by phone. You have to submit a ticket through chat, which is frustrating when you’re dealing with a problem like this. I own a business, and almost all of the furniture I’ve bought for it has come from Vevor, so this is especially disappointing. I expected better from a company I’ve trusted for so many purchases. I hope Vevor addresses this and makes sure used or returned items aren’t being sent out as new.

The metal is very very thin, the poles are very thin. The feet that it comes with do not stay attached. Assembly was very easy, and the shelves will hold some weight. Don’t drop anything on them, and I don’t think they would hold 600lbs a piece. Also the shelves don’t lock in at all, they just sit on the rails.

It’s the perfect size for what I need but it’s horrible to try and put together. It’s wobbly and the shelves don’t stay snapped in place. The ad said it was gonna be MDF but they are flimsy metal shelves, and despite the fact that the ad says 600 pounds per shelf. I would certainly not trust that.

Not industrial grade. Very flimsy and frustrating to assemble. Not a great choice if you are planning to put any weight on it.

Absolute garbage! Junk that is thrown into a box with one page of terrible instructions so terribly printed that you can’t read. Not typical for VEVOR. Very disappointed!

Not what I was expecting. I cannot see anyway in this world that these shelves that come in a 2x3 flat box could support 2400# with a flimsy as they are. I am using them because they come in a million pieces and would take for ever to pack up and repackage. If you are looking for a medium duty shelve it may be worth you time but I doubt it. Sorry I was hoping they would be great but they are not.

Ordered this rack, received it damaged in the mail. Reached out to Vevor for a refund, they offered $20. So I responded back I wanted a full refund or a replacement shelf, they offered $40. Eventually after another offer of $80 I filed a dispute with my credit card company for the full amount. And finally after almost 3 weeks of back and forth Vevor gave me a $130 refund for the shelf. The quality of the shelf is not ideal. The photos make it seem to be thickets, which was why I wanted it but it’s pretty thin. I opted to buy a Husky shelf from Home Depot for $199 instead. Lesson learned.
