2nd time using the seal is not working properly. I will be contacting customer service for a replacement or refund. UPDATE: the seal failure is due to the type of bag/sheet that I used. It is important to know that this machine does not like FoodSaver bags/sheets.

I had a very disappointing experience with VEVOR. I ordered an ice cream machine together with a vacuum sealer and paid using Klarna's 24-month financing. The ice cream machine was never delivered. Instead of cancelling the order immediately, the shipment remained active for weeks. During that time, the carrier even marked the package as delivered, although I never received it. I had to report the missing shipment and wait for the investigation before VEVOR finally acknowledged the issue and refunded the machine. The refund itself was eventually processed, but because of the delay, Klarna had already accrued financing interest before receiving the refund. When I asked VEVOR to reimburse this additional cost, their response was simply that they are only responsible for refunding the purchase price and not for any financing costs caused by the delayed refund. I understand that Klarna is a separate financial provider, but the interest would never have existed if VEVOR had either: delivered the product as promised, or cancelled the unavailable item immediately instead of letting the order continue for weeks. The €7.21 is not the issue. The lack of responsibility is. I expected much better customer service and accountability.

Después de dos meses de apenas usar el aparato ha dejado de funcionar. Ya no enciende. Espero que el servicio de atención al cliente cumpla con la garantía.

Bonjour, Très déçus du fonctionnement de cet appareil. La fonction "dry" ne fonctionne que 4 secondes avant de souder, le vide n'est pas effectué. Pas de possibilité de modifier le temps d'aspiration. Les autres modes sont incompréhensibles et très long . Je déconseille cet appareil. Cordialement.

The machine it arrived and when trying to use it it sealed the bag but the vacuum didn’t work. I had so many machines before but this one was not good.

Produits non fiables, le scellement n’est pas efficace. Il laisse passer l’air très très souvent produits non abouti. Je suis déçu, j’ai eu un Lidl qui était fiable. .

Je suis déçue de la qualité, beaucoup de plastique fragile. Toutes les indications ainsi que la notice sont en anglais. Impossible de la trouver en français
