Overall I am satisfied with the purchase although there are a number of issues that are less than ideal. As a newcomer to MIG welding more instructions would have been better, the manual supplied was virtually useless. It is advertised as having a TIG function however I can’t buy a TIG attachment from VEVOR, why sell a TIG welder if you can’t buy the TIG attachment. The wire feed feature is automatic, it is controlled by the internal processor, probably by the amperage setting however when you start welding the computer goes back and forth on wire feed speed until it settles in on the correct speed, this is somewhat disconcerting when you are welding. The biggest concern I have is if I can’t buy attachments for this welder from VEVOR what happens when I need maintenance parts to keep it running.

All the money I spent with vevor the 2nd time I used my welder and it made a loud popping noise and never worked again this used to be my go to place for all my tools but I have had noticed but trouble trying to get it replaced or fixed u can't even get a person I doubt I will ever buy anything back to harbor freight

Most of the time, the feed and current doesn't stop when the trigger is released. Someone is going to get electrocuted !! Probably should report to the CPSC

Does not have good ground don’t get

Would not buy again. The 5 in 1 is actually a 2 in one, I am able to Mig and Stick weld that's it. there are NO replacement parts, NO way to buy an aluminum welding gun, NO Tig gun.

Absolute junk. Cables are way too short. Ground clamp is useless to get a good ground. Mig gun is very poor quality. The tip shield melted in about 3 minutes. Burns right through sheet metal and won’t get any penetration on 3/16 steel. The mma handle is of the poorest quality. Had little Lincoln SP135 for 25 years. Never a problem. This welders settings are not user friendly. Do not buy. Going to buy another Lincoln.

Didn't work out of the box absolutely garbage

I bought the VEVOR MIG PRO 250 hoping for a reliable multi-process welder, but it has been nothing but absolute frustration since day one. I have had constant issues with this machine, specifically with the MIG gun assembly.No matter how much I adjust the tensioner, clean the drive rolls, or check the alignment, the wire constantly bird-nests at the feeder the second I pull the trigger. It seems like the internal feed mechanism or the liner in the included torch simply cannot handle smooth wire delivery. I have wasted more time cutting tangled wire out of the drive gears and replacing tips than actually welding anything.Between the terrible wire feeding, the constant birds' nests, and general reliability issues, this machine has been completely unusable for my projects. Save your money and frustration and buy a welder with a higher-quality feed system and gun setup. I cannot recommend this machine to anyone.
