Esta queja no es por el producto en si, sino por el estado en que ha llegado el producto tras la compra. Al abrir la caja de cartón, hemos encontrado el cajón en mal estado, con golpes en las esquinas y con lados doblados, esto se debe al mal estado de conservación que se práctica en los almacenes de VEVOR o a problemas en el transporte hasta cliente; sea cual sea el problema, esto ya me ha ocurrido 2 veces. No entiendo porque los de VEVOR no refuerzan la seguridad de sus productos en las cajas de cartón, poniendo corcho blanco, a modo de protección anti choques, para evitar desperfectos en sus productos hasta la recepción del cliente, cosa muy común en la logística "ecommerce" mundial.

Ich wollte von meinem Rückgaberecht Gebrauch machen. Nur kam keine Antwort vom Händler und ich musste über PayPal einen Fall eröffnen. Das ist natürlich richtig schlecht und im Zweifel bleibe ich auf den Kosten für die Kiste sitzen. Zumal ich die Kiste wie nach Eröffnung des Falles angewiesen, zurückgesendet habe. Die Rücksendung musste ins Ausland erfolgen was erhöhte Versandkosten zur Folge hat. 30 €. Letztlich habe ich im worst Case 137 € für die Kiste bezahlt und habe weder Kiste noch Geld. Richtig übel und nicht empfehlenswert.

Ho ricevuto il prodotto danneggiato con parti rovinate nonostante l’imballo integro. Ho aperto subito una richiesta al supporto per poter restituire l’oggetto rispettando le politiche di restituzione. Dopo più di 10 giorni non sono ancora in grado di restituire l’oggetto perché il supporto mi rimbalza ogni giorno dicendomi che risponderanno. Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di acquistare su Vevor. l’assistenza è inesistente.

Bought this to put in my truck for tools on the road. It did come dented on top. Wrote their warranty and they settled on a middle price for me to keep it as the lid would still open. After having to bend the latch mechanism to get it to close i finally got it to work. This would be good on say a tractor or some type of ATV. Probably will not be purchasing their toolboxes again. The metal is super thin on the sides and it feels cheaply made which is why these are so cheap. Security on this is laughable as you could shimmy the lid with a basic screwdriver. Lao if you need a cheap metal box that is thinner than an ammo can then this is ok. If you want something a little more better made and will last then just go to Tractor supply and pay the prices for them.

The box is shipped in a pretty thin cardboard box and with incompetent FedEx throwing stuff around the box was damaged upon delivery I didn't see it until after the FedEx driver left or else I wouldn't have never accepted it. Do better with packing this item
