There was a small blemish on the case. I sent an email asking if customer service could remedy the problem. I received a response immediately, they provided me with several options. Vevor sent me a replacement immediately. Customer service checked with me, the next business day to ensure,the problem was solved. I have been shopping increasingly at the Vevor store over the past 3 years. The customer service is excellent. Shipping, packaging, online catalog, best prices and return policy. I never give reviews or recommendations,,, Vevor has earned a five star rating.

Really like them very well laid out in the case easy to get to. Wished it would have came with ratches.

Nothing wrong with this set. Perfect for my Milwaukee packout drawer. I will print myself a nice insert with the AI. That will work good hopefully. I’m happy. I basically invested heavily in the 3/8 size. So it’s nice to get a set with a lot of different size and stuff

Thank you Vevor for supplying yet another quality product. I recently removed and replaced a V8 engine out of my XR8 Falcon Ute and although I had most tools to do the job I was lacking a good set of quality deep sockets. That is until now. I ordered this set from Vevor hoping that they were going to be reasonable quality. Well reasonable is not how to describe them. In fact, they are excellent quality! I am so impressed not only in the packaging of the tools which is remarkable, but the quality is better than most of the high priced brand names that are on the market. I was also very impressed by the size of the set. I honestly was only expecting a small flimsy plastic box with mass produced items in it, but this set has shocked not only me, but everyone else that I have shown. I will definitely look at Vevor when I need to buy more tools. If I can say one thing to any potential tool purchasers, that would be to look at Vevor first to buy your tools. The price is very affordable, the quality surpasses the cost, and the packaging is so robust you will never need another set, nor will you ever lose items as they are securely retained in their individual places. I can't thank Vevor enough for proving once again, that Vevor stands out from the crowd when supplying quality products.

They are great quality tools and come in a quality case with 4 latches (2 on the front and one on each side), so it will not open and spill easily. Perfect for the odd job. The set does weigh about 25lbs. A little hefty for me (I'm 5'2" and weight 105) but not impossible, and it's not as bad as the frustration of walking back and forth to the garage to get the right tool for whatever I'm fixing at the time.

Don't look at the name brand and decide it is cheap because they are not. Perfect set to have in your car for whatever is needed. I use them on repairs on my RV since I am a full timer. Has both SAE and Metric and all I had to really add was a t 1/2" Drive 1/2" F x 3/8" M Adapter. It comes with a 3/8 to 1/4 already.

All good except 1 orange side clip is missing for toolbox

Arrived, only a few smaller metric sockets disheveled. There is a foam sheet to help keep sockets in place. Heavy and bigger compared to my previous Stanley 1/4"-3/8" kit. Larger deepwell sockets are 3/8" drive. No swivel adapters in any size. The metric combination wrenches are 10, 12, 13, 14, 15 mm. (better assortment than the 450 pc set) So, then when I needed to use, the latches were hard to open, unfortunately one of the latches broke. 3 are still intact. This may be an issue in the future. Replacement latches available? (After contacting seller, they supplied new latches. Excellent, thanks )

I always wanted a “complete set” of tools in a molded case so they don’t get lost. This is the set I’ve been looking for! Don’t let the “no name” fool you. These tools are as high quality as any national brand that is being sold in retail stores as "professional". Quality is comparable to Mastercraft, Craftsman and Dewalt. And yes, they are made in China, but so are the other brands! For the price of this set, you can’t go wrong. It will pay for itself in no time flat. I would recommend this set to anyone! (except maybe heavy diesel mechanics) One thing that could be better; the clasps on the case are plastic and a bit thin. They should have been made of metal. They will likely break at some point (especially if you leave it in a sub zero garage) and you’ll have to figure out a new clasp at that point. So I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to the plastic clasps. But for the price, still well worth it! Oh, and yes it is heavy (obviously), because there is a lot of tools in this case. Hence the exceptional value.
